I am a new patient of the Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Center in Philadelphia, PA. You do have to pay for your visits and any treatments (e.g. IV) upfront and then the center gives you the appropriate diagnostic codes and information to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. My insurance company reimbursed me for some of it, but it is still rather expensive.

I am a 44 yo female who up until this past 2 years was healthy and served as a volunteer firefighter. I would have occasional muscle twitches and spasms, but usually wrote them off.
But that changed in February. I woke up unable to see out of my right eye. I has weakness in both my right arm and leg. My balance was off and experienced vertigo. At that time, the MRI with contrast showed several lesions at various spots in the brain and spinal cord.

What kind of doctor should I consult as my primary care provider for fibromyalgia?
Dr. Lipschultz at the Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Center of Philadelphia reported to me that even igenix can produce false negavtive tests. He treats for Lyme based on symptoms and doesn't rely heavily on any Lyme tests because they are so unreliable.
Is anyone on the Marshall Protocol being treated for autoimmune diseases and or Hashimoto's. Does anyone know more of the details of this kind of treatment I am very interested in these findings please let me know what you think regarding this issue.

Can you tell me what kind of doctor did his testing? A rheumatologist is the best one to diagnose and treat. And if you are seeing one and he left it like this then you need a second opinion.
A positive ANA does not indicate fibromyalgia. However, fibromyalgia often does go hand in hand with some auto-immune diseases. My ANA was positive one time and negative the next.
