Does your pain increase when the weather changes? How is your diet? Vit D and stretch excersizes could help. I have been dealing with my pain since 1993 and it is NOT fun, I know how you feel. How is your sleeping? Mine SUKS. I would suggest going to doc and having blood work done. Have them test your SED rate and do an antibody screening.

Try to stay on a daily routine sleep when your tired and don't overdue yourself, the best you can do is take good care of yourself hoping to help it not get worse.
