I had done mri year back and it showed infection in forehead and cyst on left side of face....i am taking nasacort and fexofenadine hcl for months and tried other antihistamine also, but the symtoms persist....i am a liver patient with conginetal hepatic fibrosis and 31 years....liver enzymes r normal....should i take antibotics if so which one and dosae and days? And what else can i do....

I have a really really bad problem with my skin. Whenever I go outside the sun, or the heater, in general wherever it's hot, my skin gets extremely prickly and it has many red bumps all over my body. I've tried many allergy medicines such as HYDROXYZINE HCL, DOXEPIN, FEXOFENADINE, XYZAL, ZYRTEC, but they didn't help the breakout at all. I think I'm not allergic with anything, because I already took the blood test, and everything appeared negatively.

I took Tramadol HCL 50mg twice and in 2 days and i have developed side effects i.e Hives on palms and soles which burn and itch. Also G.I problems. shortness of breath, tightness of chest with severe cough after every meals. I was given Zyrtec and Rigix but not much success. I am into the 7th day now and the effects are stil there. Please help and suggest how to counteract , I've read Dexamethasone or Naloxone counteract Tramadol. Please suggest what to do.

I've been to a doctor a few times about this but got fed up with all the silliness of what seemed like "shooting in the dark" with medications. I sleep about 2-4 hours a night average which doesn't seem to be a big issue, I rarely feel tired (although it does drive my wife insane). I do suffer bouts of insomnia which by the second/third day do leave me feeling somewhat dragged and tired.

Doing so, helped the swelling to go away totally overnight. In Medicine, the Urologist only prescribed Fexofenadine HCL + Renitidine and said I have No infection, so no need for an antibiotic. Next day, I got my Abdominal and Scrotal Ultrasound and the reports came 100% clear. 2 Days later, the Urologist set me CLEAR and asked me to stop elevating and the medicine too. But only after 5 hours of keeping the Penis and Scrotum in Normal position, the Swelling appeared again, just like on Day-1.

Loratidine is a newer alternative minus these.Alcohol would cause more sedation with the tabs so be careful when you drive or work with machinery.

My dr gave me script for clonidine hcl 0.025mg take one in morning.Have not tried yet but i think i am going to put my mind to quiteing i hate having to do a pill to function and having to keep arms coverd.So does anyone know if it will help me get threw this,i also have it in0.1mg but told to cut in four.

To know for sure, increase your acid (take hcl tabs with a meal, have a table spoon of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar before eating) and if it doesn't go away then you have high acid levels and should take a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate in water to neutralise ithe acid after eating. The pharmacies keep close tabs on the oxy scripts.Only monthly scripts.You even have to show ID evrytime and they keep tabs on how much you are using. Atleast were I am from anyways. Sounds like she must have had more doctors than 1 and used more than 1 pharmacy. Anyways she had a problem and the ending is very sad. Again I am sorry for the horrable out come.

Thanks. Yes I drink a lot of water which causes me to urinated frequently. But my doctor warns me about water intoxication from too much water. I've been given 'pilocarpine hcl 5mg tabs' to produce saliva. Concerned about taking this. Haven't been given any meds for hyperthyroidism as of yet.

I would like to ask a question of Dr. Lupo. I have chronic pancreatitis diagnosed as chronic 6 years ago. I am on stron pain meds and have to fight the insurance company to get them, sometimes not get them. I have increased pain in the last few months and the meds are just not cutting it. Help if you can. Detoxed a week ago from oxycodone 30mg hcl 2 tabs a day. This morning have chills. Is this normal? Am I still withdrawing from oxy even though I detoxed last weekend?

my chest gets heavy off and on throughout the day I take Combivent Respimat 20-100 MCG/ACT IN AERS, Levalbuterol HCL 1.25 MG/3ML IN NEBU 2X a day before Advair, Singular 10 MG PO TABS, Advair Diskus 500-50 MCG/Dose in AEPB 2X a day, Qvar 80 MCG/ACT IN AERS 2 puffs 2X a day for my severe asthma and I do get relief from the Combivent only to have the chest heaviness come back hours later.

Yes I have tried both claritin and benadryl and prescribe medicines(hydroxyz hcl 50 mg & fexofenadine 180) and all I do is sleep. I see my life passing because I can not function this way. Very depressing. Condition seem to be getting worse so I called Dr. to ask what to do, never received a return call. That is the reason that I am so upset. I seem to be caught by a dr. whose does not care or does not know what to do and I have no idea of what to do.
