I guess maybe someone could give me a better understanding but as far as i know in a true blighted ovum the yolk doesnt even appear? so the fact that you first couldnt see a yolk and now you can i would still take as a positive at this point...
Just curious are you 4 weeks 4 days based on your first day of your last period? im just wondering because usually the gestational sac can be seen at approx 5 weeks, the yolk sac appears at approx. 5.5-6 weeks, fetal pole is around the 5.5 -6.

The baby only measured 1cm which from my research isnt as big as most are this far long however Im not panicking about that as Ive been told all fetal development is different. Ive also taken some comfort in how nauseated ive been which to me is a good sign, but not so fun! So as of now I am relaxed and excited!!
because that measures how far it has spread and therefore what the prognosis and treatment are to be ... for Lyme, I suppose staging is descriptive of how entrenched the disease is, but it doesn't really change the treatment options as far as I know.
I have the impression that there is an assumption that neuro symptoms crop up in 'late stages' of Lyme, but that's not a hard and fast rule and certainly is not universally true.
