does anyone have any problems with chest wall neuropathy? and if so what have you done for help in pain management. Possible causes of your symptoms include chest wall inflammation, pleuritis, causes related to the GI or respiratory tract etc. You could consider seeing an internist for evaluation of your chest pain. Usually when there is diastolic dysfunction is due to an abnormal increase in heart wall size (the rigidity of wall inhibits the chamber to relax and fill normally. I don't see anything with your echo report to indicate a cause for DD.grade1 which is not very serious.

I have been experiencing as well alot of times that my skin hurts, all over my back, neck and chest.
