I am deep into confusion and anxiety, although I am logically sure that I do not have any HIV (as I have been concluded Negative for two Western Blot tests), I am facing a really hard time to get rid of my fear and anxiety. Strangely it feels only cold on the surface of the skin for the most part in smaller patches raging from about the circumference of golf ball to the size of a large orange. I agree - get it checked, but it doesn't sound like an std. You should google fordyce spots and see if that fits. Oh and stop squeezing them.
