January 27~ Found a better way to sleep, and felt much better in the morning. Pillows

helped. I fell pretty ok today, nothing major. As long as I take it super easy the first four hours I am awake, then there are no heart palpitations, no shortness of breath. My lips felt a little numb and tingled, cannot have TUMS *cry*
OK well just keep chomping my fruits and veggies. Doctor told me Red Bull is fine. My need to run to the potty is still here, IBS is not my friend.
