In the beginning I had the worst gas ever! Like deadly horrid unimaginable gas lol and constipation. But the constipation I've had for the majority of my pregnancy. I'm 37 weeks. I think fiber does help but only if you're drinking a TON of water to help it move along. Otherwise it will just sit in there and then one day you will have serious stomach pains an get diarrhea. I've had that happen to me after eating it a few times because I didn't drink enough fluids.
I am have the exact same problem! I'm 11 weeks 1 day andcant help but burp all day and fart and the sad part is I can't even hold them in lol they just come out!

t even fart in front of each other then he started and I was too scared. Then one day he put his hand under my butt as I was sitting down I told him I'll fart on it and he called me a liar I then just decided to lay the biggest fart I think I've ever laid thank goodness it didn't smell but boy it rumbled and after that nothing embarrassed me anymore. After just a few months I'd walk into the bathroom while he showered to go poop haha. Just go let it out.
I haven't use any medicines. I have good food nutritions. But, I have regular fart problem; I gas up regularly which has made me uncomfortable to be in group/social functions. My nose is block. I can't have good sleep at night (hardly sleep for 3/4 hours after waking up 3/4 times at night). During day time, I can't sleep at all. It’s like yes I pass gas but not enough for relief. The dull ache is still there. I am barely able to eat because of the indigestion and not being able to fart. I did a suppository it worked but barely anything came out. Now I’m just defeated and don’t know what to do. I’ve never had issues like this. I have an appointment for a gastroenterologist on the 16th but I don’t know if I had take not eating until then. I’m trying my best for any comfort I’m so desperate please anyone help.

You could start a regimen of exercise including abdominal crunches, leg lifts and knee reaches as well as several hundred kegel exercises every day. this will help to strenghthen the pelvic floor and also help if there if there is any laxity of the vaginal walls.
I think he just feels crowded. I think if they can get hiccups then they can fart and stuff... Right?
