Avatar f tn I'm 26 weeks pregnant, this is my first preg, and almost everyday I get super light headed and feel like I am going to pass out. My doctor says my iron is low it's like 9.6 and its supposed to be like 11. I take an iron vitamin everyday but I don't know what to do it happens all the time usually while I'm standing doing stuff. Anyone else have this or know what will help ? Please.

933846 tn?1353452448 It is a really early preg that usually does not get a chance to implant it self into the lining in your uterus and expells. I just had one on the 3rd of June. Many women have them while on the pill or just getting off it. Also i got a pos test 17 days after the mc so weird thing happ, or you can get fading lines if you keeping taking a test and this is sometimes the reason. Good luck!

Avatar n tn what is fainting disease, my son has fell down while standing. He has fell down 4-5 times in last 18 months.while morning school prayer. some dark shadows comes in his eyes & immediately after that he fell down. after felldown he remain unconcious for 30-40 seconds only. Today I consulted with a Neuro Doctor Puneet Syal (MD- Medicine) He told that my son may have chances 95 % of Fainting or 5% chances of Epilepsy desease and he advised MRI, EEG, ECHO & ECG TESTS.
Avatar f tn I had horrible timing with my fainting spells last pregnancy. I was always really sick with morning sickness and once I passed out while on the stairs and fell down half of them. Woke up at the bottom of the stairs so confused. It's an unfortunate thing but also a bit normal. The amount of blood in your body is increasing and that is usually what causes it. If it happens a lot you should definitely go in and get some blood work done.
341190 tn?1295467125 Hi everyone, Last time i was on here was about 2 years ago, well so much has happened, firstly i was fitted with a loop recorder to try and find out what was happening when i fainted then my 17 year old daughter told me she was pregnant, shock wasent the word, i got used to the idea and was actually looking forward to it, she then found a lump in her breast when she was 8 months pregnant and had to go for a biopsy she obviously wanted mum with her so i dragged myself along, just as they were cut
Avatar f tn maybe low bp..
Avatar f tn Has anyone passed out while pregnant? I had a scare the other day at work. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and it's my first pregnancy. I went to the ER and they ran a bunch of tests and made sure the babies heart beat was ok. The conclusion was that I was dehydrated. Drinking more fluids especially water is so important during pregnancy. They said it's really important to listen to your body. If you need to rest than rest. Lesson learned.
4545793 tn?1394592544 So im 17 weeks and 2 days and I was reading about 18 weeks and it says theres a chance of u fainting bc all of the increased blood flow..
10777943 tn?1412955415 I'm the same, I get terrible fainting spells during pregnancy. I know its not low blood pressure because I've had preeclamplsia through both pregnancies but interestingly my iron levels have been really low particularly this pregnancy. I had an iron infusion last week and haven't fainted since. Maybe get your iron checked?
Avatar n tn I don't know if I am in the right place for this or not, but I have been fainting since I was 13 (now 30). It used to happen for no apparent reason (not from stress) & I went through many tests (EEG, EKG, etc) before they did the tilt-table test & figured out it was when adreneline was released into my system that heart rate went up/blood pressure down. I was on nadalol (sp)?
Avatar f tn You need to get the diabetes treated and get on a diabetic diet. Until you do that, you are not going to feel well. Get tested for Celiac disease while you're at it. Have your BP checked because of that headache you're having. If you still have the dizziness, it may be a middle ear problem. For the constipation, start a probiotic and consider Metamucil and magnesium citrate tablets.
Avatar f tn Do not be concerned about this. I am a Muslim, our proper prayer requires us to stand in one spot for a few minutes up to a few hours depending upon how long you want the prayer to be. This is five times a day. Your exact symptoms I have experienced. They are precisely as you say and you do defi itely feel you will pass out. I cannot stand without leaning on something or without moving for extended amounts of time or I will become faint likeand dizzy.
