fainting while praying

Have lived with the pains, discomfort, IBS symptoms etc for a while now but this has never happened!!! I could feel myself blacking out and now have a banging headache and feel rather sick!! Any words of wisdom would be great from all you fantastic ladies......many thanks, Claire.

what is fainting disease, my son has fell down while standing. He has fell down 4-5 times in last 18 months.while morning school prayer. some dark shadows comes in his eyes & immediately after that he fell down. after felldown he remain unconcious for 30-40 seconds only. Today I consulted with a Neuro Doctor Puneet Syal (MD- Medicine) He told that my son may have chances 95 % of Fainting or 5% chances of Epilepsy desease and he advised MRI, EEG, ECHO & ECG TESTS.

I had horrible timing with my fainting spells last pregnancy. I was always really sick with morning sickness and once I passed out while on the stairs and fell down half of them. Woke up at the bottom of the stairs so confused. It's an unfortunate thing but also a bit normal. The amount of blood in your body is increasing and that is usually what causes it. If it happens a lot you should definitely go in and get some blood work done.

Hi everyone, Last time i was on here was about 2 years ago, well so much has happened, firstly i was fitted with a loop recorder to try and find out what was happening when i fainted then my 17 year old daughter told me she was pregnant, shock wasent the word, i got used to the idea and was actually looking forward to it, she then found a lump in her breast when she was 8 months pregnant and had to go for a biopsy she obviously wanted mum with her so i dragged myself along, just as they were cut

m afraid to take any risk I even get car sick and dizzy while driving and I fainted on my job!I feel like my doctor is playing a game with me and it's stressful he won't put me on bedrest and I have been so depressed about financial issues I just feel like ugh has anyone else been feeling depressed...

Has anyone passed out while pregnant? I had a scare the other day at work. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and it's my first pregnancy. I went to the ER and they ran a bunch of tests and made sure the babies heart beat was ok. The conclusion was that I was dehydrated. Drinking more fluids especially water is so important during pregnancy. They said it's really important to listen to your body. If you need to rest than rest. Lesson learned.

So im 17 weeks and 2 days and I was reading about 18 weeks and it says theres a chance of u fainting bc all of the increased blood flow..

I been praying so much that my baby comes out heathly just scares me when i think about what all can happen.

t kicked me but once, even when I drank a glass of chocolate milk, which normally gets her moving like crazy. Im really hoping and praying she holds off until Friday, but if she can hold off for two weeks I will be even happier. I will handle the pain like no other if she just stays put.

I'm the same, I get terrible fainting spells during pregnancy. I know its not low blood pressure because I've had preeclamplsia through both pregnancies but interestingly my iron levels have been really low particularly this pregnancy. I had an iron infusion last week and haven't fainted since. Maybe get your iron checked?

I don't know if I am in the right place for this or not, but I have been fainting since I was 13 (now 30). It used to happen for no apparent reason (not from stress) & I went through many tests (EEG, EKG, etc) before they did the tilt-table test & figured out it was when adreneline was released into my system that heart rate went up/blood pressure down. Hello ladies, I am in my 12th week and I look fat already! When is it going to look like I am pregnant instead than just fat? Although I wasn't skinny to start with (BMI 25)... You need to get the diabetes treated and get on a diabetic diet. Until you do that, you are not going to feel well. Get tested for Celiac disease while you're at it. Have your BP checked because of that headache you're having. If you still have the dizziness, it may be a middle ear problem. For the constipation, start a probiotic and consider Metamucil and magnesium citrate tablets.

Did they test his glucose again while in ER? What scans were performed? Are you in area where there is high heat? If yes, was he well hydrated prior to going outside? I would schedule a visit with a doctor for a full health examination which should include stress testing [heart], and an A1c test to see how well he is controlling his glucose levels.
