Avatar n tn The bladder problems, cardiac issues, fainting (did it start out as dizzy upon standing), the twitching, the headaches, (do you get multiple ones throughout the day? Maybe some around the same times each day?). The abdominal pain, is it below your ribs? Have they done any tests on the gallbladder? Since it’s after greasy or large meals?

1100598 tn?1413127426 I will go to sleep and then wake up in the night needing to use the bathroom. Upon standing, my heart rate will race up to 170 bpm, then will come down after less than 10 minutes. I do have abnnormal EKG (inverted T Waves). Sometimes I get very dizzy and have to lean up against the wall to keep from fainting. I get terrible sporatic palipitations and become fatigued with very little exercise. I have an appt with a cardiologist next month.
Avatar n tn EMS came and said it may have been from the vicodin or surgery. Pulse rose upon standing when they checked him but BP stayed same but low. This happened when he was 2 yrs old, after a bug bite and again in November 2008 when he woke up one morning said he had a slight headache, he was urinating and he passed out, body locked up. Again EMS felt like he was ok and we didnt need to transport. He had a brain scan when he was 2 after fainting but hasnt seen a doctor for this otherwise.
364288 tn?1300144506 Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend! I just had a quick question for you re: fainting. I've had a few spells on and off nothing to the point where I actually faint but I start feeling like I'm going to pass out. I get sweaty and I feel sick to my stomach. I talked to my Dr. about this and she didn't seem concerned. She said sometimes your blood pressure gets low and it you start feeling that way. Just wondering if anyone has felt like this before? It *****!!
Avatar n tn I mentioned to the doctor I had two fainting spells, first was November second was in January. No cause has been found. Could there be a connection? Also, explain colon inflammation please. Is that caused by the colitis? Thank you.
Avatar f tn I also have fainting spells. They happen once every 6-18 months, and have for the last 10 years...I'm 27. When this first started happening, I had every test imaginable and they found nothing. It's frustrating, but even more than that, it's scary. Last week I fainted from a standing position and smacked my face on the floor, resulting in a busted lip and a headache that hasn't gone away in the last 8 days - likely a concussion.
Avatar m tn Hi, I am a 21 year old male who had experienced spells of fainting since 10 year old. These fainting spells occur all of a sudden without me doing any physical demanding activities. I play a lot of sports and I eat healthily. Over the years my fainting spells got lesser and lesser. 2 Months ago, I fainted again. I went for a specialist check up and had a bunch of tests taken. ECG test came negative, Tilt Table came negative. My heart rate is healthy, BP is normal.
Avatar f tn 20 weeks here and I've been having the same thing. It would be low blood sugar or that you just stood up too fast or have been standing for too long. As long as you aren't fainting and you don't lose you're site, you should be ok. If it gets worse talk to your doctor. I almost fainting in hobby lobby whole standing in the check out line, I had to crouch down so I didn't fall over. It was low blood sugar, I was starving. Try keeping some snacks with you.
Avatar f tn Well I'm checking my BP regularly too and it's been normal. The reason I checked my sugar is because I'm diabetic and when my sugar dropd I get dizzy too. I have an appt next week. I'll tell my Dr and see what he says.
Avatar n tn My 17 yearold daughter has suddenly started gaining weight(30 lbs in 6 months) and stays tired all of the time. This started off when she started getting dizzy upon standing. She has been diagnosed with POTS disease and epstien barr. We've had all the tests on heart, blood pressure, mri/mra, even to an endocrinologist and nobody can tell us why the fainting spells continue. The endocrinologist ran a blood panel and the T4, B12, and cortizone/cortisol(?
Avatar f tn s doing. There are two possibilities. Fainting after standing for a long time or during rest, is usually caused by vagal hyperactivity that causes a drop in the blood pressure, usually with a slow heart rate. This is more or less normal. Diagnosis is usually confirmed with a head up tilt table test, where he's "flipped" from supine to standing position when EKG and blood pressure is measured. Fainting with activity or high heart rate is almost never benign.

Avatar n tn This is my third pregnancy and I've had fainting spells with my previous two nor while not pregnant. However, recently, I started to blacked out and sat myself quickly to the floor so i wouldn't hit hard and slowly began to recover. I didn't completely faint but did lose control and was sweaty on my neck even in air conditioning during the episode. It was a different feeling from being light headed or dizzy(i have experienced those but not this pregnancy) and scared me to death.
Avatar f tn I use to have fainting spells. It is normal to get light headed when you go from a sitting to standing positon, but to pass out regularly isn't normal. You may be dehydrated, or you may be anemic if you are female, especially if you have heavy cycles. This is just my 2 cents based on my previous experience, but I would go to a GYN doc or your family doctor and ask them to check your Hemoglobin, which is the component of the red blood cells that deliver oxygen to the body.
Avatar f tn Since I was about 10 years old I have been having these fainting spells. I never have them sitting down just when I am standing. I feel a pressure in my head, then my vision goes black, I hear a roaring in my ears, and they last for only seconds. When I come back I am slightly confused for a second then my head hurts a little, my heart is pounding, I sometimes have coldsweats, and my breathing is faster. I am 24 years old and in the last couple years they have been getting a little worse.
Avatar n tn Light headedness Falling for no reason Dizziness Sweaty palms Nausea Fading vision Sometimes, people with syncope are able to avoid fainting spells by recognizing the premonitory symptoms and then lying down or elevating their legs. Common Causes There are many reasons why people faint.
Avatar m tn I has the same symptoms for about 2 years and even got to the point of fainting upon standing, etc. They thought it could be inner ear problems but ruled that out and finally Dr. Coughlin a cardiologist at the University of Alabama Birmingham did this test and found out that I had this. Your symptoms sound very similar to what was going on with me. It might not be this but it would be worth mentioning or having someone check it out. Good luck.
Avatar f tn After eating the med (magnesium trisilicate, metoclopramide and paracetamol) given to me to ease my discomfortness, my fever had gone down, sometimes i still have dizzy spells (but no fainting), but my nausea and frequent urination doesnt improve, instead the nausea got a little worse. For my nausea, i kept having there's "something stucking" around my chest area. When i tried to expel it out, little blots of white phlegm were seen.
Avatar f tn Sorry to be annoying but are you saying it would be physically impossible in any circumstance to get HIV from another males cum on you during mutual masturbation with possibility of cuts, in eye, in mouth, in urethra etc all unknowingly?

Avatar f tn Two years ago I started having fainting spells where I ended up in the hospital. I was originally diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) and Cariogenic Syncope. I had to have surgery on the right side for TOS because there were compression and aneursyms in the thoracic outlet and subclavian artery. Post surgery my symptoms were managable for a couple of months then they came raging back and stronger than ever.
Avatar f tn Since I was about 10 weeks, I would get these dizzy spells, nasuea, panicky feelings, hot and out of breath upon standing...It was mild then but over the last week its been progressively worse..my bp would spike...one time got as high as 169/105! This is upon standing...I also get tachycardic when I stand. My bp laying will be 110/65, sitting 122/75, standing usually 130/90 to 145/100. My heart rate laying will be 75-80 BPM and once i stand it will be 95-120 bpm!
