Fainting low pressure

Common Questions and Answers about Fainting low pressure

fainting

Avatar n tn I heard that it isn't just that it can make you faint a lot if it is low, which is annoying. If it's too low, it can be, but that is really low. My untie has low blood pressure, she used to faint a lot as a kid.
Avatar f tn m drinking plenty of water and Gatorade and my blood pressure is very low. No one will really look more into it. I am very scared for my health and about losing my job over it. Please help.
1265236 tn?1270066926 I used to have High blood pressure and within the last few months it has been low, maybe the cause of the fainting spells. I also have hypothyroidism that the doctor is having trouble controlling. I was diagnosed with mild MVP many years ago. My concern is that I'm noticing the arrythmias more and more frequently and they have changed over the past few months....first heaving rapid pounding, then fluttering with some shortness of breath, now flip flopping.
12182312 tn?1427683956 Hello, I'm not a medical professional. I just posted my own questions yesterday. I can say from all that I've learned about blood pressure about the past year though that 112 / 70 is not too low and some might even say it's ideal to have those numbers. You can always ask your doctor for more information but as I understand, unless your numbers go below 80 / 50 or you're fainting your blood pressure is not too low. Good luck!
1356959 tn?1488975948 Still, too low can cause a lot of symptoms (tiredness, dizziness, nausea, tinnitus) and in some cases fainting. Which is slightly ironic is that high and low blood pressure often may cause the same symptoms... Good luck!
Avatar f tn Has anyone else experinced a fainting/passing out moment? Definitely not from low blood sugar.
Avatar n tn A lot depends on your age and other health issues, but the minimum that is acceptable is 80/50. If you're young and very active then your BP should be on the low side and that's a good thing. Since your systolic is lower than the standard norm for hypotension, I would discuss this with your doctor. Blood pressure that is too low carries it's own health risks just like high blood pressure.
Avatar n tn Possible low blood sugar or fluctuating sugar levels ,if you faint a loyt need to have it checked out at your Doctor .
Avatar f tn i was around 11-12 weeks and i didnt really eat yet as i was getting groceries... my blood pressure and sugar were really low...
Avatar n tn I think dizziness is mostly a result of low blood pressure, or inner ear problems. Simply standing up too fast does not cause fainting normally.
Avatar f tn Low blood pressure at week 30 & losing weigght , have this ever happened to anyonr? What does this mean?
Avatar f tn I fainted at 20wks last pregnancy and ob sent me to ER. Was low blood pressure and not drinking enough water. Baby was fine but was important to get checked as there can be reasons behind low blood pressure such as internal bleeding so worth calling your doc.
Avatar m tn I'm 31 male, until one year back I had little bit low blood pressure due to regular exercising. For the past 3 days and out of the blue I feel dizzy, and feeling to vomit ( low blood pressure) although I'm not exercising since few months now. It is really weirded as I it's the first time to happen and on daily basis for the past 3 days, feeling the same symptoms, rest for couple of hrs, then I'm fine. Go to work next day , feeling okay, then it happens in the after noon.
Avatar f tn They usually happen once every few months, shortly after I eat, i have checked blood sugar, its not that, blood pressure is perfect but I have a low pulse rate. I need to know if anyone else has experienced this and what they found out. I just dont know if its cardiac or anxiety. help!
Avatar n tn ) I think I pass out mostly due to me having really low blood pressure during pregnancy.. I would talk to your doctor about it of you're worried.
Avatar n tn Personally if it were my body i definately would not wait.....your blood pressure and pulse seem awfully low to me especially disturbing is that you are getting light headed and are super tired. I think these are all red flags here...you don't want to be driving and have something happen to you or you be in a place that there is no one to come to your aid if you faint...
Avatar f tn Did u try finding out the reason?? I know fainting can be caused by many things during pregnancy but some can lead to more complex situation.. U ahould consult ur doctor as it could be due to high or low blood pressure or dehydration etc...
364288 tn?1300144506 I HAVE HAD THIS FOR A WEEK NOW. MY DR SAID IT WAS LOW BLOOD PRESSURE AND LOW IRON. I FEEL REALLY WEAK AND DIZZY ALOT. MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS NORMALY 130/90 AND NOW STAYS IN THE 90/50 RANGE. THEY SAY IT IS NORMAL IN THE 2ND TRIMESTER. THIS IS MY 3RD PREGNANCY AND FIRST TIME HAVING THESE SYMPTOMS. STAY WELL HYDRATED AND EAT SMALL MEALS EVERY 2 HRS OR SO THAT HELPS ME ALONG WITH FREQUENT STILL PERIODS THROUGH MY DAY.
10777943 tn?1412955415 I'm the same, I get terrible fainting spells during pregnancy. I know its not low blood pressure because I've had preeclamplsia through both pregnancies but interestingly my iron levels have been really low particularly this pregnancy. I had an iron infusion last week and haven't fainted since. Maybe get your iron checked?
Avatar f tn I have had a really bad tooth ache/infection, and I am wondering if that could be the reason I have been getting light headed, blacking out to the point of passing out and sometimes doing a flooping episode like a seziour afterwards, and very low blood pressure? Can you help me on any info of what might be going on with me?
Avatar f tn It could be from a drop in blood pressure, but really, dear, you must see a doctor. It could be serious, and you need a diagnosis.
Avatar f tn Low blood pressure nd possible low sugar....eat small potions of healthy food every 3 hrs nd drink drink drink water every hr....
1528249 tn?1291875739 Your blood pressure is low. Systolic blood pressure can drop while you stand up, but diastolic pressure should increase. I can't explain this, and I can't say if it's somehow related to your arrhythmias. It may be, and it may not be. Again, this is something you should ask an experienced cardiologist. Your life is far too valuable for this. Get clear answers from an experienced doctor. Now. Good luck!
Avatar n tn sir over the last three months ive had episodes of high diastolic pressure ( upto110) followed by very low overall bp as low as 89 over57 all within minutes .palpitations and headaches usally accompany these episodes.. my normal bp averages 127/63 would you be able to offer some suggestions as to possible causes of this...
Avatar f tn So anyways, I was told I have low blood pressure. My problems have been for over a year, tired, (went from being extremely hyper person/ single mom with 3 kids running non stop and living off of 4 hours a sleep.) and feeling like I was stopping breathing at night. Had a fainting episode in that time frame where they found I need the pace maker. So now 4 months later I still have alot of symptoms that wont go away.
