7559418 tn?1393386476 Health class is nothing compared to being pregnant! LOL I didn't realize how much vaginal discharge you can have during the pregnancy. Panty liners become your best friend. In my second trimester my boobs always leaked and that never stopped.
Avatar f tn Then 2 years later i was teaching a health lesson to my class and then the same strange feeling came over me and i started to go blind and passed out, fell over, and stood back up ( meanwhile i was really warm when this happened and i dont know if that means anything).
1512628 tn?1304974064 What in the world is the difference? Every time I end up in a different hospital they call my fainting something else. (Each time they get my records from each other). As of yet there remains to be no ryhme or reason why I went from the occasional fainting to a wheel chair so that I could leave my bed and crawling to the bathroom behind!!! Any thoughts???
Avatar m tn Over the past 3 months I'd say, I have had fainting episodes twice now. The first time I had fainted, I had no clue it was going to happen when I woke up. I had got dressed, went to my bus stop and went to school. I had got my lunch feeling fine, went to class and begun eating. Before I could even finish my stomach was killing me, it felt kind of empty and generally uncomfortable.
Avatar n tn I am 22 and I am pretty health.
Avatar f tn your blood pressure is wrong. you need to see a doctor right away. You could have a fainting spell that could hurt you very seriously, like hitting your head on a surface so hard that you could actually die, i know somone that did die hitting her head on the tub. Your blood delivers oxygen to your brain and your extremities. Something tells me that your faulty blood pressure may have an effect on your blood sugar level, which can mess you up as well. Make sure to get to your doc.
Avatar m tn Hi, I wanted to ask that since last on year i have something that is troubling me in my chest area. It seems like that sometimes there is something stuck just besides my heart and since last one year i feel that on and off. I have done several tests like ecg etc but nothing was diagnosed. I wanted to inform you that i was a chain smoker and left smoking few weeks back and now i'm not taking anything that can harm me.
Avatar m tn I have no idea anymore what cause is or what to do. By shock I mean like the heart palpitation was so big, strong, or scary that it scared the heck out of me.
Avatar n tn My 20-year-old son keeps fainting with exercise. He has no other health conditions, and has had a stress echo, basic blood work, chest x-ray. He has seen 2 cardiologists and has only been diagnosed with a high voltage ekg. He does not use drugs or alcohol. He fainted twice in his Ju Jitzu class and today playing flag football. He often skips breakfast, and probably doesn't drink enough fluids.

Avatar n tn Did they test his glucose again while in ER? What scans were performed? Are you in area where there is high heat? If yes, was he well hydrated prior to going outside? I would schedule a visit with a doctor for a full health examination which should include stress testing [heart], and an A1c test to see how well he is controlling his glucose levels.

Avatar f tn I'm 11 weeks and I have been continously fainting at work. I'll lose my vision and hearing and just completely pass out. They keep telling me it's because I'm dehydrated but I'm drinking plenty of water and Gatorade and my blood pressure is very low. No one will really look more into it. I am very scared for my health and about losing my job over it. Please help.
Avatar n tn the first time i faint was on my first day in Gym, which the coach assured me its natural ! then after few weeks i got a feeling that i can't take my breath to the max capacity of my lungs but those symptoms went away after a couple of weeks ..
7316838 tn?1390076826 A few weeks later I fainted suddenly in class. I was just standing there and started feeling hot, dizzy and lightheaded. I woke up on the floor. My hands were tingling and my ears were ringing. After that my mom picked me up early and just took me home to rest. Then, just last Monday, I almost passed out in class again. I was sitting at my desk listening to the teacher when the nausea and other symptoms hit again.
Avatar f tn Yeah I knew a someone who was like a "carer" at school- went to every class with a kid in high school who didn't know English. She didn't know Spanish and a fat load of good it did him. The teachers were at the front talking and teaching the rest of the class, ignoring him. The lady who was trying to help him couldn't tell him more than to stay on his homework packet. He barely graduated and it was only because he found bilingual classmates who helped him through school.
954005 tn?1304626605 ( I hope and pray that something happens to prevent any similar health care plans from coming to fruition in the USA, it is NOT the answer!!! I saw you reply in another post that someone else should read The Nov 2009 issue of Scientific American also....why specifically are you recommending the article? In the other post, it mentioned pain control, but if you could perhaps be more specific in why you are recommending it, that would be great.
Avatar m tn sitting in class at school, waking up in the a.m. also she felt as though her heart was racing as well during these episodes. Her Cardiologist performed the standard 24 hour EKG which showed her heart rate dropping to 10-15 BPM and at times stopping entirely for 5 second intervals during a two hour period while sleeping.
Avatar f tn After it happens I also have ringing in my ears and sort of the feeling in my head that I was hit with a bat. I have noticed it comes when I have high anxiety or stress. I usually get the worst anxiety around the time just before I start my menstrural cycle, I can confirm that this was the case it happend with the second one. I have told my Dr about this and she just brushed it off.
Avatar f tn I was sitting in class and yes stressed, and i got lightheaded, my heart was racing again. Lastnight in my sleep or trying to sleep my heart was racing and it felt funny. I feel more like hyperaroused almost all day? Anyone know what should i be doing or having the doc test me more for?
Avatar m tn As a teen I started developing migraines, fainting spells, an I was in an out of hospitals. I was sent to a neurologist who diagnosed with me chiari but then passed my symptoms off as psycho social. After finding a different doctor I found meds to control the migrains an Tremors. Well in hard economy I have recently had to apply for state insurance to try and cover the cost of medication and a doctor since i had to move home to PA.
Avatar m tn one more thing i want to inform you about is that when i am sitting in a class to attend a lecture.when i try concentrate what the teacher is speaking immediately my left ear starts paining and i am not able to understand a single word of that.also in a group or so with friends sometimes i am not able to interpret what they are saying and left part and back part starts paining as if somebody is compressing my nerves.due to this problem i am not able to perform well in the studies also.
7626640 tn?1392749281 I was so out of it in my college class today and to the point where if felt like fainting and ugh so much more would you say i'm pregnant ? And is there a thing where your body can play tricks and make you feel like your pregnant?
1424099 tn?1282940614 So basket ball was over, but she had gym class, but everything was fine in that. Until May 10th, 2010. she was riding a bike in gym fell over and fainted and she was feet away from getting run over luckily a semi stopped to block the traffic for her. It happened once more that same week and then once a week until mid June. they said she has low blood pressure, and it is very low like 70/45 is an average.
293845 tn?1227997530 I'm debating whether or not to take this class. It starts next week. This is my first baby. I don't really know anything about babies but I kinda think it will all be common sense lol! Maybe I'm wrong. I don't really *like* sitting in class every Thursday for 2 1/2 hours and it's a long drive there. But if the information is really good to know, I'll go. what do you think? anyone take this class and found it very helpful? thanks!
Avatar f tn I was 27 or so, and it started with a urinary tract ifection that I ignored because I could not miss work. It took a week in the hospital, and more fainting and a second trip to the hospital before I was diagnosed. I had fainted so much, vomiting, tired, etc... By the time it was diagnosed correctly, I was very sick. After the second week in the hospital, my veins were no good and I almost did not recover. Because of that, I was told that I am more likely to have recurring bouts of it.
Avatar f tn maybe some pressure from a toy or something he has been pressing on his face ? laying on something in the night ?
