Benny was frisky before we got Lucky fixed but stopped for 3 months after Luckys op but now I found Benny on top of Lucky today. Benny growls at Lucky alot when Benny is in my territory first and Lucky comes over 2nd and Benny growls at him all the time. He seems to want me to himself. Benny is one of the cats at the shelter. He came about a month ago when his owner surrendered him to the shelter. At first he would hiss and growl anytime anybody even just walked past his kennel. Every time I was at the shelter I would stop outside his kennel and talk to him for a couple of minutes, ignoring his hisses and growls, or rather treating them like they were just his responses to our little conversations.
Sorry to bring a goat question in, but a fellow breeder and I raise meat goats. We butcher goats all the time and always check all the organs to make sure everything looks as it should. Well, the last 4 goats we did, had really enlarged soft hearts. The valve was very big. Nothing like we had ever seen.
My family and I had just gotten a pair of two pygmy goats a few days ago from a nearby auction house. We got a younger goat (about 2-3 months old) and a younger adult goat (about 8 months). They are just getting used to people now and i noticed that up close, the 12-3 month old had greenish discharge coming from his nose. He's been sneezing quite a bit latley and i dont know whats wrong with the little guy! please help!

We used them on military bases forty years ago, particuliary around ammunition and chemical storage bunkers. A regular mower could not be used. These were often irregularly shaped high mounds. The idea was to have six foot of earth over the explosives. The goats would climb on them and keep the weeds down, which helped with security.
I don't know much about pygmy goats, as we only have boer goats (a large meat goat breed). I can tell you from my experience with the boer goats, they do tend to cough occasionally regardless of their age. At least with our goats the coughing is normal and has not ever been a symptom of any health problem. Hope this helps.
I also get lighthearded when I do intense aerobic exercise. I once biked up a hill in San Francisco and pushed myself too hard. At the top, I got off the bike because my heart was racing and the world was becoming brighter and dimmer at the same time. I ended up laying down on the sidewalk and resting for a while. I think you need to slowly increase your exercise level, not push so hard during warm up drills. The drills might be too intense for you.

Hi there, Louie doing reasonably ok without Benny but I have been putting him into daycare so he can play with other dogs which is good. But so far but I have noticed that he sniffs around the yard alot where Benny used to go. How long does the scent last. He looks so lonely in the yard. I am finding the process quite difficult. The remorse & guilt is devastating.
IT has been known for ages that it increases blood flow and will decrease the pain. I use peppermint goats milk lotion and its a life saver! Cheap and worth it!!
I have been recovering from anxiety/panic attacks for about 2yrs now. Its been a slow process but I have been very successful. Long story short, I had a traumatic event (fainted in a restaurant) and I went down hill fast, became agoraphobic couldn't work....anyway, I'm mostly back to normal except, I haven't been able to eat in a restaurant since.
AND the meat itself had like individual strands of the goats fur so I'm scared if the goat licked itself and the saliva got everywhere. May have eaten it since I didn't have time to take those off one by one.
