OK folks, I could use a little encouragement. I'm 9 months post RAI for a toxic nodule. I thought I was doing pretty well on Levo until 2 weeks ago. I had vertigo! Pretty scary if you've never had it before. I must have looked like one of those fainting goats. Every time I sat up, I fell over backwards. It only lasted a day, but I've been dizzy ever since.

Sorry to bring a goat question in, but a fellow breeder and I raise meat goats. We butcher goats all the time and always check all the organs to make sure everything looks as it should. Well, the last 4 goats we did, had really enlarged soft hearts. The valve was very big. Nothing like we had ever seen.

My family and I had just gotten a pair of two pygmy goats a few days ago from a nearby auction house. We got a younger goat (about 2-3 months old) and a younger adult goat (about 8 months). They are just getting used to people now and i noticed that up close, the 12-3 month old had greenish discharge coming from his nose. He's been sneezing quite a bit latley and i dont know whats wrong with the little guy! please help!

We used them on military bases forty years ago, particuliary around ammunition and chemical storage bunkers. A regular mower could not be used. These were often irregularly shaped high mounds. The idea was to have six foot of earth over the explosives. The goats would climb on them and keep the weeds down, which helped with security.

I don't know much about pygmy goats, as we only have boer goats (a large meat goat breed). I can tell you from my experience with the boer goats, they do tend to cough occasionally regardless of their age. At least with our goats the coughing is normal and has not ever been a symptom of any health problem. Hope this helps.

Goats milk is really comparable to breastmilk honestly I don't like formula it stinks and makes babies throw up more and stains. Goats milk is natural and a little more expensive if you can find it.

My cousins and one of my life long friends have both told me that my Goats Milk Oatmeal and Honey soap gave their teenagers good results with acne. So my suggestion is that you look for a handmade soap to wash your face with...then follow the wash with witch hazel and a light moisturizer. (you can mix some of the witch hazel in the moisturizer also)... Look on ebay for handmade soap, I have seen some really great deals there...look for a goats milk oatmeal and honey blend...

Also you can find an all natural lotion at some specialty drug stores and online called Two Old Goats. It works fabulously on nerve pain!

Soaps etc can dry out the skin and make it feel itchy. You could try goats milk soap as this is much better on the skin and doesn't dry it out. Get it plain, not perfumed. It maybe the itchiness of the scabs causes her to scratch again. This is a vicious circle because scabs do itch when they are healing. Make sure her nails are cut short. If there are problems with cutting nails then that will confirm that she has sensory issues.

ok so i'm about 5'10 and i'm 15 i weigh about 63 kg. i'm very active i'm in band also involved in karate for the past 5 years or so and i play football and soccer from time to time. i work out and don't eat too much junk food or sugar or stuff like that. i'm about as healthy as can be except tht during my karate classes i start to feels o tired even though i'm not. i break out in a cold sweat i have shortness of breath. i start seeing stars i feel like vomiting.

I feel much better with out the dairy. I know they tested milk and goats milk but I am not sure what exactly they were. I just know there were 26 different pokes but only two food for foods, milk and goats milk. I think your right though I am staying dairy free, I am going to see another allergist at the end of the month and I will see what they say too. Thanks for the input at least I am not crazy.

I just got a prescription from the Pediatrician to switch him to Pasterized Goats Milk. Meyenberg Brand goats milk is awesome. I had to do this for my now 6 year old around the same age.......completely and immediately resolved his issues (the same one) also. This is a chemical reaction/food allergy as I learned with both my boys.......at least it was for us.......

Immediately applied alcohol and bandaged up, used neosporin and band-aid next day. Then at the end of November I poked my hand on a chair trying to repair it, poked on the wood, not metal screw. Cleaned wound and changed bandages regularly. had a tetanus booster for the first time in 16 years this past wednesday and shortly thereafter is when the jaw issues began. I'm puzzled.

Poor baby. I had a cousin like that. He couldn't handle his mommy's milk. He also couldn't handle any type of formula he eventually had to be put on goats milk.
