I have had a problem with him wetting his pants for awhile now. It comes and goes sometimes he wets everyday and sometimes he will not wet for weeks. When he wets it is not like he completly wet his pants it is like he leaked and just the front is wet. This does not bug him at all. He claims that he does not even feel that he is a bit wet. I have taken him to the doctor and had him tested for everything. His doctor put him on Ditropan. I did not use it because he stoped wetting his pants.

SHe has to take the little one to one side and spend time cleaning and changing her and in this moment she is the focus not her twin or big sister, just her. She has mummy.
This could also be a reaction to being taken away from her earlier foster mother and subconsciously she is afraid that this will happen again and so this is an anxiety triggered response.

My 7-year old son has been wetting his pants at school since the beginning of this school year. He only wets his pants at school. He has been potty trained for 4 years and has had only occasional accidents since being trained. He is a special education student (mildly mentally handicapped) and is in a self-contained classroom for a couple of hours a day and mainstreamed for the remainder.

I took her outside one day and we were talking and I asked her what she thought her medicine was was suppose to do for her and she told me that it was suppose to keep her from wetting her pants. I then told her that it doesn’t keep her from wetting her pants, that it keeps her from having the 'urge' to go quickly. She NEVER goes to the bathroom, unless you tell her to. I have a 7 year old step-son. He was completely potty trained by the age of 2 and didn't have any accidents until he was 4 1/2. At that point he started wetting his pants constantly. His parents havn't been together since he was an infant and their parenting schedule has been the same since that time. Nothing major happened or changed, at least at our home.
She started going to preschool in August, and that is when she started wetting her pants. We had to take her out of preschool two months later due to financial reasons, nothing related to her behavior. After that she started going backwards with the potty training. She will still poop on the toilet, but almost always pees in her pants. I had to start putting her in pull ups during the day again because she was getting pee all over the house.
When she loses privileges for daytime wetting and cuts it out, the nighttime wetting stops too. She lies and flushes her underwear down the toilet to hide evidence. She has chosen to squat and pee on the floor in the grocery store rather than go to the restroom. She makes excuses for not asking to go to the restroom and blames others repeatedly, but eventually always admits to trying to pee a little bit in her pants to avoid stopping what she is doing.
I see the spot and tell him he has to go and to go the bathroom or until he has really wets pants and feels like hes going to explode. I am at a loss of what to do... I really dont feel like he will ever get it that is is NOT ok to pee in your pants a little at a time. I tell him 100 times a day "Don't let any pee into your pant make sure you go potty if you feel like pee is going to come out.". But he still just pees in his pants... I have tried rewards for good behavior.
Both not functioning as normal, with the wetting his pants when he sleeps, the stinking room, washing his own clothes and actions when shes around, and the child telling you horror things she says to him tends to make me think she is abusing him. How does he act when it is time to end your visit and he knows he is going home. Does he want to stay with you instead of going home?
