Common Questions and Answers about Fainting and urinary incontinence

fainting

Avatar f tn Neurocardiogenic or vasovagal syncope as it is also called usually has three phases—a prodrome, actual fainting and post episode phase. Urinary and fecal incontinence is also seen in some cases. If you can identify the triggers, you will be able to stop the fainting attacks. Since it does not always happen, go back to the few episodes and see what the trigger was. Try and avoid the trigger which may be as simple as standing up suddenly on an empty stomach.

The other problem, with dogs that do not drink enough water while taking this medication, is they become constipated and dehydrated.

He urinates many times a day and usually a couple of times during the night. He seldom--if ever--has the problem of feeling an urgent need to get to the bathroom. His urologist prescribed VESIcare, but it did not seem to help. He is having a great deal of irritation, redness, and sometimes a rash on the scrotum from leakage.

My problem seems to be getting worse. I was on medication but it doesn't seem to help.
