671285 tn?1292660161 when i experience fatigue it feels like i had dinner with dracula and i was his main course. I feel like all the blood has been drained from my body and feel like i am dragging a$$. That is my definition of fatigue. Usually when i don't get that much sleep i pay for it the next day.
Avatar f tn m not sure at this point whether the fainting is the culprit or the gastro issues are. The extreme fatigue comes and goes; one day I'll be nearly 100% and the next not feel well. But when the fatigue hits, I feel like my brain is in a fog and it's very hard to work and function. Please let me know if you have any advice, as this is very scary and frustrating.
Avatar n tn My biggest concern is the dizziness and fainting and incredible fatigue. The fatigue has gotten worse over the years but my sleep apnea is managed well with CPAP and nothing else ever seemed wrong physically so I have just dealt with it by making sure I get plenty of rest and strictly pacing my activity level. My sense is something is not right but none of the tests seem all that unusual. I'm wondering if anyone has any idea what might be up with this?
Avatar m tn hi out there. I was diagnosed with neurocardiogenic syncope more than 15 years ago (1993). I took atenolol for a long time (maybe until 2002), and then stopped since it didn't work for the worst situations, and I learned to control or avoid the lesser situations so i didn't faint. recently (the last 2 weeks or so), I have felt extreme fatigue in my legs. In the past I would get this after a fainting episode, and it would go away after a day or so.
Avatar f tn Vitamin D deficiency causes fatigue and ED is another symptom. You're in the U.K. and most are deficient there. Your levels need to be at least 125nmoL You need magnesium as well when taking Vitamin D3...don't take Vitamin D2 it's bad for you.
Avatar f tn From personal experience, I had the same fainting and heavy periods as a teen. I had anemia which caused the fainting and heavy bleeding. She definitely needs blood work. Putting her on birth control to lessen the periods and a good multivitamin with iron would benefit her greatly. Good luck and I wish her the best. I sympathize with her!!!!
Avatar n tn my sleeping lately is irregular and i have a lot of caffeine i just want to know if there is a serious problem that can cause the symptoms i mentioned beside the fatigue and the caffeine . and what tests should i have ?
Avatar f tn I would venture to say that you are experiencing SVT/A-fib or some other fairly benign arrhythmia that is affecting your energy levels(fatigue, weakness), your stress levels (elevated BP) and your blood pressure (fainting/dizziness). Unfortunately, since you have the PF2 issue, what for most is a benign issue could be potentially dangerous. Therefore, I think your desire to "push your doctor" a bit may not be a bad one. I'm glad you are soon to see a specialist.
Avatar f tn I went in the shower and felt faint, called for my Mum and after a few seconds I did actually faint and lose consciousness. For the next few weeks I was feeling really tired all the time, nauseated and getting bouts of dizziness so I basically spent weeks in bed. Due to being so inactive and hardly eating I ended up in hospital for 5 days with painful impacted constipation.
Avatar f tn ve been suffering with extreme fatigue and frequent fainting from the beginning of last October. Also have a slightly irregular heart beat apparently but doctors didn't seem concerned...
Avatar f tn For the past week or so I’ve been having funny dizzy spells when I bend over and also palpitations, cold tingly sensations in my chest, hands and feet, and a foggy head and pain behind my nose and under my eyes and popping ears, any ideas?
Avatar f tn My daughters symptoms are mainly low blood pressure, low heart rate, low blood sugar, headaches, dizziness, fainting, weakness, and occasional seizures. There are too many symptoms to list really though. Her treatment right now is Florinef, Ritalin, Midodrine, and saline hydration therapy through her PICC. I just take Florinef.
Avatar f tn Thanks guys! Yeah ill just keep up with my diet then!
Avatar m tn Hi I have some questions about the Tilt Table test. Symptoms started getting worse a few months ago. Fatigue, dizziness/lightheaded when going from sitting to standing, occasional fainting, sometimes racing heart (while sitting) followed by extreme fatigue, swelling, can't tolerate warm weather (trouble breathing, elevated heart rate, dizziness). Did the whole range of blood tests and referrals after my PCM was stumped.
Avatar f tn Hi, I'm 8w4d today and I've had horrible problems with feeling very tired and almost ready to pass out, but only at work. I'm a cashier at Kroger, so I stand for hours at a time. I can barely get through the 2 or so hours before my break without feeling so fatigued. I'm just wondering if anyone experiences this as well and if they know a remedy or explanation to it.
Avatar m tn The term "Triplets" usually refers to 3 consecutive Premature Vebtricular Contractions or PVC's. In rare occasions they may report weakness, dizziness, or fainting. This is because frequent premature ventricular contractions can diminish the ability of the heart to pump blood to the other organs, resulting in low blood pressure. Patients with three or more consecutive premature ventricular contractions in a row have ventricular tachycardia.
Avatar f tn 2 weeks ago I had sudden intense nausea shortly followed by dizziness and fainting. My menstruation period started the same day and my vitals were fine. Besides abnormal pain, fatigue and nausea my period was normal. Since then Ive been having pelvic cramping, queasiness, intermittent bloatedness, short lived headaches, occasional fatigue. I had flatulence last week and have been less regular so I took laxatives which was followed by these symptoms being intensified for the following 2 days.
Avatar f tn Anxiety also causes episodes of Extreme Fatigue. Being overwhelmed also creates tiredness in all humans. Good Luck in your treatment and I hoped I helped you.
Avatar n tn She has lost 60 lbs over the last year and a half and has frequent headaches, fainting, and heavy fatigue nearly every day. I am frustated by how little I seem to be able to do to help. She is convinced that something is physically wrong with her, and that the doctors are incorrectly diagnosing her? What should we do?
Avatar f tn I have had a recent sudden onset of dizziness, disorientation and severe fatigue. I am a recovering drug addict and have a diagnosis of fybro, so I am RX'd Subutex. I have been taking the same dosage for the last 4 years and find it effective most of the time. The dizziness has caused me to walk into walls leaving bruises etc.
Avatar n tn s disease), low blood sugar levels, and in some cases, diabetes, may lead to hypotension and hence lightheadedness and an off balance feeling. Certain types of epilepsies and seizures too can cause similar symptoms. If you have an accompanying headache then you must also look at benign intracranial hypertension. Heart problems too should be ruled out in your case. If all other tests are normal, maybe an ECHO should be done to rule out mitral valve prolapse.

903566 tn?1242216002 When I got back to class the pain just got worse and worse, and my vision started to go black, so I stood up to tell the teacher I thought I should go to the nurse's office. I didn't take two steps before someone said "She's going to faint." and I passed out, apparently hit the thousand dollar projector too, broke the cover off it. I woke up after that and vomited all through the garbage can. Ever since this incident this has happened -every- period.
