The Dr assured me that it was just normal post-op distortion and to keep up my eye drops (antibiotics, anti-inflamatories) and not to worry about following through on the second eye. After the second surgery (right eye), I have a slight double vision in the right eye and the left eye continues to have triple vision. The doctor said to wait a few weeks and that most likely the "wrinkles" would settle themselves out. It has been 5 weeks now and there is no improvement.
I am 42 years old, I have some brown spots in my face, i am getting laser ( 3 times so far ) to correct them. but i've seen the spots are getting darker now.
Is this normal?,how many times should i get the laser and for how long before i see good results ?.
Night driving is difficult - headlights look like sunbursts and lighting seemed diminished. I also notice diagonal rays of light in the eye that was done 1 week ago. Daytime light is nice and light and not a problem.
Questions: is this nightime driving problem usual? Does it resolve itself with time? If not, are there eyeglasses that will correct this night-time problem? Do the diagonal rays disappear with time?
At first I thought these were suddenly visible veins because a day prior to seeing the lines I felt a throbbing pain under my left eye and when I looked there was a purple broken vein under my left eye. These lines are indented...just like stretch marks are indented in the upper layers of skin. I have never seen anything like this before. They are not wrinkles. They are vertical lines. On runs from my hairline down into my left eye brow. The others run along my temple on the left side.

i recently accidently produced wrinkles under my eyes from trying to rub soap out of my eyes in the shower, the soap , and i tried getting it out in the shower by rubbing my eyes because they were stinging and since soap on skin creates a lot of friction i discovered i got wrinkles the next day and the skin under my eyes its a bit more corse than usual. i must of stretched the fibres of my skin im only 20.
t feel like something I felt comfortable with the idea of having someone inject me with a known toxin just to get rid of wrinkles. To me, in that instance, the risk was not worth losing a few wrinkles over. Now, I'll inject the toxins of TX because they actually might have a purpose in helping fight this disease. Is it normal if you stare at your skin in bright light to see extremely fine lines around the mouth area besides the regular laugh lines further u p closer to the cheek. when i smile i get wrinkles around the eye and upper cheek. when i stop smilling i could see traces of those lines. not very obvious no one can see it only from up close. Is it normal to see such lines? or I am examing my skin too closely.

It sounds like you might have some hemosiderin staining--i.e., your skin has been stained by your blood. I had that problem following eye surgery. In some cases, this type of staining can be permanent--but don't worry, I have a solution for you. Google "candela laser" to find the company's website. You'll find a small-scale study in which the AlexTriVantage laser successfully removed "permanent" hemosiderin stains.
is there a cream or anything at all that helps reduce the wrinkles and stretch marks on stomach? I've been using a dermal roller at least once in two weeks. I see improvements but I need a stronger cream.
The skin on my cheek peeled off nicely, however the skin under my eye looks as if I have more wrinkles now (the skin did not peel off directly under eye but around eyes). When I put the 5% glycolic acid cream on I did not use any moisturizer and skin seemed tight for a few days (I was afraid to put anything on the skin at that point). I have the same symptoms as Russell 903. I saw the doctor last Monday and five weeks ago about them, and he said they were "vitreos changes." But they have changed since last Monday; the stick/fibre-like floaters are more numerous and more lit up. Also.I see more stationary, faint lights, and more clouds. I can hardly read on the computer.

t affect your vision by squinting, but you can give yourself premature wrinkles around your eyes if you do it frequently throughout the day for months or years.
what do u think is better to use to remove access discharge a klenex or a washcloth cause i used a klenex on my right eye and it scratched my eye now i have a huge visible scratch right at my eye which looks awful i dont know what to do?? can u reciev wrinkles from rubbing your lower lash line with a washcloth i thought that was ok to do??

I also want to know how is it possible that after the 360 laser on my left eye for precautionary the vitrous then started pulling and retina detached. I must also mention that I am myopic -6. Now I have sclera buckle in both eyes. I must also mention that the current detachment on my right eye is not interfering with my vision. Please help from South Africa.
i now have a posterior subcapsular cataract in that eye ( its all in the left eye)...my doc wants to do another surgery and im frankly scared to death that its only gonna get worse, everyone i talk to seems to think my dr is knife happy, and basically im in worse shape now then before...my mother told me to get a lawyer but that scares me even more ..
