IF you have children or grandchildren they are much higher risk of having the same problems and should be checked about age 2 to 3 years old.

Do not fall into the average "American" routine...letting their children only speak English. Continue your Spanish with your child, ask family to do the same. Your child will learn who to speak Spanish to and who to speak English to!!!!!! You can do it mija!!!!

After 3 months in the gym (3 times per week) I have increased my weight to 71kg so things are going to plan. However, due to the fact that I dont see my friends each week until the weekend as I work shiftwork and work out etc, I am prone to consuming a large amount of alcohol at the weekend. (I know, I know!!).

Avatar f tn I do 5 days a week at the gym just started in January. I am overweight and wanted to get healthy then surprise i found out I'm pregnant and currently 7 weeks. My daily routine is 20 mins on treadmill, 20 on bike or elliptical, 60 crunches or situps, then I work out my thighs, Lower back and other areas. My doctor said to keep working out and drink tons of water so i don't cramp up.

You have anxiety and depression, you feel dizzy, you have headaches and your head feels heavy, then something about either not liking to stay home alone or only feeling safe while you're at home and last but not least, you have worms in your anus.

I have tried different foods the expensive ones to.

I exercise regularly and I eat healthy (plenty of fruits, vegetables, greens, legumes etc). For the past 4-5 years I have been diagnosed by various doctors with the following diseases: 1) Eosinophilic esophagitis with dysphagia 2) Dry eye syndrome with blepharitis 3) Milk, nuts, dust allergies 4) Fibromyalgia I don't take any medication regularly.

We all know the benefits of walking - it's good for the heart, helps keep the body toned and aids weight loss. Yoga centers on relaxation, stretching, etc............
Avatar m tn My questions are - 1) is it possible that drinking water before the test may have skewed the accuracy of the result of first test? 2) Is oraquick valid and conclusive after 3 months ? 3) what does control line on the test stands for ? does it indicate that the test had enough specimen and sample was collected well? 4) do i need any further testing if both tests after 3 months period were negative? Thanks in advance. btw - sorry for my english, i do not live in english speaking country.

Avatar f tn oxydation stress, eating bad fat (omega6) and others things you will find on internet cause inflammation into our body that leads to polyarthrit rhumatoid (sorry my english) psoriasis, chronic inflammation of intestines and a lot of diseases and for me thats PATM symptoms!! doing exercices maybe 15 minutes a day, eating omega3, and takes every thing that help reduce inflammation into your body will be good !!!

Back hen I used my fitness flyer but then somehow I got off track completely and just stopped all together.i have arthritis in my legs and my knee's and on most dayings my legs and knee's are sore .. I want and see now that somehow some way I need to get back in the groove with exercise .. I use to do 30 to 45 minutes everyday on my flyer but that was then .. I see I have got worse since I stopped exercising ..
Avatar f tn You could have some anxiety, what time do you get up in the morning, are you working, is family life and home happy ? do you over think as our thoughts can make us feel worse, try to form a habit of switching off any worrisome thoughts at bed time .dont eat late ..
