Not just about carb and protein loading in general to gain muscle mass, and to use d-asparic acid to raise your bodys naturals test levels. That's just exercise science, consume more train more gain more.

We all know you release 'happy chemicals' when you exercise but you also increase your dopamine when you accomplish something (like saying you want to exercise and you actually do it). Cortisol is also impacted and that is our stress hormone. We have less. This is a 'good' thing.

Exercise routines that work out the same muscle parts as well as types of cardio I am doing.. for example.. if I use to do bicep curls with weights for muscle toning my arm, I change to using rope curls.. working same body part but different exercise... for cardio if I do treadmill one week I change to stairclimber the following week... The science is confusing the body.. that confusing forces the change in weight loss..

And it's up to you, there comes a point where you will decide for yourself that you're tired of suffering and ready to make changes. The biggest change is diet, exercise helps but it's a smaller percentage. Another free source of great info is smarter science of slim podcasts on youtube. You won't be hungry if you eat as suggested, I promise.

I am 130lbs, 5'5" and my scale says 26% muscle and 33% body fat. Once upon a time I was in much better shape - I was always one of those girls that ate like a cow and never gained a pound over 100lbs (I have a small frame). The last time I went running was about 8 or 9 months ago.
