6759135 tn?1420070652 I stood up too long while I was washing the dishes and my back was aching really bad. Sitting on the couch just made it worse. I rolled my exercise ball over to me and planted myself on that and began rolling my hips around and within 10 minutes the pain had disappeared. So glad I bought one. I read online they're good to have during pregnancy and that's no lie. Definitely recommended.

7611973 tn?1392595982 s hard to say what might help different stuff works for different people. Walking, sex, exercise ball, and squats are supposed to be most helpful. They help get baby in good position and that help to add pressure which can help your cervix along. Sperm supposedly helps thinning and an orgasm can help bring on contractions.
