s very difficult to eat THAT much
protein on a daily basis! I would love to expiriement with a diet made up of 25% fat, 25%
protein, and 50% carbs, although, I fear it will make me gain weight, which I am not looking to do.
Some sources have stated that it's a matter of total calories, while others have emphasized high protein diets increasing the metabolism. I don't want to start gaining weight, but am curiouse as to what would come of redistributing my macronutrients?
