John, I can't emphasize enough that surgery be your absolute last resort. I had a 4 Level Laminectomy 7/07/04 and from the 7th day after surgery lying in the back seat of a neigbors car going to see the surgeon. The pain from that day was 3 times prior to surgery when I was taking Percoset 10/325 (4) times a day. Today the pain has completely encompassed my whole lower body waist down Lumbar, Hips, Buttox, Legs and yes Abdomen.

It seems that your body is telling you that it can not handle the abuse anymore. You did not specify what kind of pain you are having, but if it is difficult for you to breath, it may be your chest. Cocaine causes constriction of all blood vessels including those in your heart and lungs. That leads to diminished blood supply to your heart muscle as the drug also causes it to beat faster and harder causing possible ischemia.

ESV is the volume after the heart has finished pumping cycle. Subtract ESV from EDV and divide by ESV times 100 provides the ejection fraction. The metrics you provide indicate a 40%EF. Normal is 50 to 70% so it appears to me to 40% is lower than a normal output because the systolic function is less than normal at 40%! Don't understand your comment!.
Is the result of a PCR test (polymerase chain reaction test) reliable after 14 days after a risky situation? And how is the situation regarding a combined P24 and antibody test (4th generation ELISA HIV 1/2), is that result reliable after 14 days?
I phoned the laboratory today, conducting the tests, who told me the PCR test can already be conducted after 9 days of the potential exposure to HIV risk, while the combined P24 antibody test can be conducted after 14 days already.
