I am on 9 medications for muscle spasm and pain, including fentanyl patches. I also take vitamins B, C
, D, E, sea kelp, msn, Acidophilus, Beta-3, Magnesium, Zinc, and drink a protein shake in the mornings I am able to get out of bed to make one. Are there any other vitamins that have especially helped anyone? I make sure I use parabem-free products and organic detergent for clothing.
