i am a guy. but i there's a small lump in my right areola(??) sometimes it's painful when touch. do men get breast cancer? ... will the lump eventually disappear or need to be surgically removed. i appreciate any professional opinions.

You must have swings of hormones due to the surgery - it just not possible to NOT have that. Only estrogen in the form you have it - can sometimes cause more issues.
