Hello, I was just reading about an older dog having a problem with urinary incontinence and the treatment she was given, particularly the possible side effects. My White Bearded Collie (13 years old) started being incontinent last year and my vet has prescribed INCURIN 1mg daily. This has been mostly effective (just the odd occurrence when she was asleep or distressed). I was just concerned that it may have some serious side effects such as those mentioned for the other treatment (PPA).

Are there any side effects with this disease other than the outbreaks? I'm having an issue with vaginal lubrication and I was diagnosed 3 years ago. And I'm wondering if this virus could be the reason.

I am also a breast cancer survivor, however as I am triple negative, the hormonal drugs are not effective for me so unfortunately I cant speak from experience. I never had any side effects with clomid. I think that those side effects are pretty rare. Some people talk about having hot flashes but I never got those. The important thing is that you O. A blood test can confirm that.

m on my third round of femara, and had no side effects the first month, but the second and third cycle, I did have a headache on and off for a couple of days. No tummy aches or breaking out, though. BUT, since you took such a high dose all at once, it wouldn't surprise me if the stimulation of the ovaries is causing some crampiness. Like dnikki said, you could always call your doctor and check. Still bad side effects. My chiropractor suggested having my estrogen blood levels tested, and trying an experiment. Take Aromasin every other day for a few months, and see if it lowers my blood estrogen level enough. My blood estrogen level (estradiol) is now a *negative* 20! No nausea, just some neuropathy, swelling and stiffness, mostly in the morning. I can handle this. I plan on complaining about the side effects for the rest of my long, healthy life!

Two years into five year tamoxifen stretch and I am very uncomfortable with night sweats, hot flashes, and mood swings, I understand there are antidepressants that help side effects but am really considering stopping the tamoxifen altogether because I have no estrogen to fight off.

anyone taking progesterone suppositiories get side effects? i was fine the first couple of days but now i'm feeling lethargic, extreme fatigue, always hungry and a little bit of off and on nausea. AT first i was thinking - could this be pregnancy symptoms already but i think it's probably from the progesterone. UGH! this is awful.

I think up to 12 weeks. Keep in mind that they have to disclose possible side effects. All these fertility drugs have crazy side effects......why is it that this is the only one noticed.??

Hopefully some other members here can suggest an AD with little to no sexual side effects. I think Wellbutrin may be one of them. If you have anxiety along with your depression you might not want to take this med as it can make it worse because it is more stimulating. Or you may need to add an antianxiety med with it. The fact is that Diphereline is not so well documented when it comes to side effects. Many of those which are known and listed for Lupron are not properly presented by the company selling this particular product. Our gynecologist did not inform us either on the side effects. Now she developed dry and painful eyes, dry mouth and joint pain. Had we known the full list of side effects we would certainly not do it. My question is: can we do anything to get rid of the effects of Lupon sooner.

Hi there! Well, I've been on Effexor for over ten years. Started at a very low dose and I am at 150 mg for a long time now. So, I can't say if I remember all the side effects I had. But I will say that I definitely got sick to my stomach if I didn't eat immediately before taking it. This went away after a week or so as my body adjusted to the medication. I believe that the jitters and anxious feeling is all part of your anxiety.

Oh well I guess I have no other option. Any thoughts? How bad are your side effects and do they disappear eventually?

I was also ovulating but she wanted to put me on Clomid for other reasons. I am also taking Estrogen in the pill form and she also wants to put me on Progesterone suppositories. I might just pass on the suppositories and instead do the weekly Progesterone shot when I get my BFP. My first cycle I had all the side effects - headaches (all day, every day), hot flashes, mood swings, and dry CM. This month my body must have been prepared and I havent had any side effects.

I can tolerate Letrozole and Duphaston without any problems. But Progynova gives me horrible side effects: dizziness, extreme low energy level and anxiety attacks (never had anxiety before).
