So last night I took the online baby gender quiz & all of them came back I'm having a Girl. I've did 5 different ones hopefully it is Correct! I mean i've taken it before with my first two pregnancies & it told me I was having boys & it was right each time!! If any of u want to do it Google: Pregnancy Gender Quiz & post results :-) & if u already know the sex of ur baby post boy/girl & take the quiz and give us the results.

Has anyone ever tried the gender predictor quiz? I was wondering how many predictions was accurate.

But, I digress - anyway, they had these Fact or Fiction type quiz right before a commercial break and I think I remember learning that sweet potatoes stimulate estrogen so that it could help you release more than one egg. So, of course I put that on my list of things to eat .... DH had stalked over and shut the tv off so I can't remember specifics. Anyway, going to get some yams....maybe some tofu too.... and i havent been able to find it and i forgot who wrote it, but it said something about a site that you could go to and take a quiz to see the % of a chance you may be pregnant? anybody know about this?

I haven't tried it. I took the Old Wive's Tale quiz and it said I was having a girl but some of the questions are really silly. Like the pillow to the north or south. My pillow is to the East. How do I answer that question? Can't. And like, the shape of my belly....oh I don't know that one I barely have a belly lol. So I could not take advantage of that quiz even though it is just a quiz. But, I did it just for fun. I'll have to try the Chinese calendar.

So i took almost all the online quiz. They all say a girl even the chinese chart. Have these quizes actually worked for any one???

I'm a 13 year old girl and I really am starting to believe I have depression. I cry every night over things that happened forever ago and don't even matter anymore. I took a quiz and it said somewhere about 94% positive I was depressed I have also taken a quiz and it said I was bipolar and that I have a mental illness causing me to have multiple personalities.

I'm bored. I was whondering if anyone has tried doing the old wives tales quiz? It's old fashioned ways to see what you are having. I did and 1 told me a boy the rest girl. It's just food for thought! I hope everyone is having a great weekend....

It sounds like you were given a basic quiz that doctors and therapists use to determine if a person is at risk for depression, or may be experiencing depression. Those are available at just about every doctor's office. You already seem to be getting help for depression, which is great. I don't know that the quiz will have any kind of impact on your treatment, but it doesn't hurt to fill it out honestly and then share it with your practioner.

There are actually little quizes online that are fun to take. Just Google 'what is the sex of my baby quiz' and you'll get lots of them. Obviously, all of them are based on old wives tales but they are fun to take. Coincidentally, every one I took said I was gonna have a girl and I am in fact having another little girl. So Maybe there is some truth to the wives tales after all. Lol.,.

The estrogen is kicking in with a vengeance and my poor husband has to just grin and bare it all. I think after this pregnancy he will think carefully before attempting to make number 2. Are you experiencing the same?

All I know is that after you get pregnant you can use an ovulation monitor as a pregnancy test since it can tell an increase just like when you ovulate. I'm not sure how soon after ovulation it works though.

my ttumor was tested and it was estrogen positive i am on an estrogen blocker.. how about asking your doc if the tumor was estrogen positive or not.

With menopause your body stops making estrogen. Eating soy products seems to boost the estrogen a bit, but is that good? I was a regular consumer of soy milk, tofu, edamame and flax seed after menopause. After my diagnosis of breast cancer (estrogen positive) my oncologist recommended I avoid soy products because even the weak phytoestrogens may stimulate cancer cells. Research is not conclusive but better to be safe. As the addage goes, 'all things in moderation.

Does anyone happen to know if there has been a connection with too much estrogen causing more neuropathy pain?? Anyone experience the onset of neuropathy after a hysterectomy? I would appreciate any info.

Endometriosis feed off estrogen. The estrogen-dependent endo lesions, if left unchecked, will begin to create their own estrogen. I do want to clarify that the pill or any other form of HRT does not prevent the Endometriosis from growing. The reason it is used is to help stop the pain by stopping the periods. I was on a low dose BCP (Marvelon) for 8 yrs continuously and did help with my pain. However it still continued to grow even after deep excision surgery.
