You can swim in rivers and pools. If you lose your mucus plug I would keep it to pools. The mucus plug should protect your baby from anything in the river. Swimming feels so good, takes the pressure off your joints!

s no surprise to me that Waukesha (and likely Wauwatosa) are flooded by their rivers. There was a major flooding several years ago... Endometriosis feed off estrogen. The estrogen-dependent endo lesions, if left unchecked, will begin to create their own estrogen.
