Hi,
Normally bone growth is supposed to be over with the epiphyseal closure, which takes place some time towards the end of
puberty, typically during 18 to 20 years of age.
Estrogen is the hormone responsible foe epiphyseal closure for both men and women. It seems, for some men who suffer from either aromatise deficiency or estrogen resistance, the bones do not close and continue to grow during adulthood, otherwise, it is not normally expected.
