During pregnancy, these do tend to get worse and as your body is already dealing with a lot during pregnancy, you don't want that on top of it. The gall stones get worse due to extra estrogen. Gall stones left untreated can cause your gallbladder to become infected and can even rupture. So, I'd talk to your doctor about this BEFORE trying again.

This then gets the body into menopause and then i start puregon injectables (gonal f) and then ovidrel and then IUI. I recently took fertility drugs (Follistim,Menopur,Lupron) during March 5-13. My RE stopped meds due to low estrogen(33). Since then I have new RE she wants to detox my system of the meds which fine with me. I should of already had my monthly cycle. On April 3rd she put me on Provera 20mg for 10 days and I still have no period she did blood test on April 21st Estrogen(73) Progest(9) she told me to wait 10 days to see if I have period if not take pregnancy test.

It seems odd to follow fibroid surgery with estrogen HRT (premarin and estrone are both types of estrogen) since estrogen causes fibroids to grow... You should call your doctor and ask when your period should start. I'm surprised your doctor did not tell you to use protection (condom, diaphragm) until you are ready to get pregnant since Premarin does not prevent pregnancy... Before embryo implant (09 dec) the estrogen level was 584 and progesteron was 32 On 12 dec and after 3 hours of embryo implant the estrogen level went up to 670 and progesterone was 45. However, on the 4th day after embryo implant the estrogen level went down to 624 and the progesterone went down to 32. I am the husband and while my wife and me are still waiting for the real score I just want to know if the above results would be a good signs for us to have a baby.

Estrogen? Are you sure? Estrogen is usually higher before ovulation and then progesterone is higher after. I've heard that OPKs can pick up on HCG (the pregnancy hormone), though... BUT, my RE did use to say the same thing about stopping after the first positive OPK, as continuing can easily make you confused, since some get several days of positive OPKs, while others only get one.

I guess it helps them to keep your hormones where they need to be to support pregnancy. From what the pharmacist told me, progesterone is the pregnancy hormone and will go up if pregnant and typically estrogen would too if it wasn't IVF. Sounds like your doctor is on top of things. If your hormone levels are low, it makes perfect sense to use progesterone and estrogen supplements after ovulation. I've only used progesterone in the past, but I'm currently getting ready for IVF and will be on both estrogen and progesterone after retrieval. Best of luck to you!
