I have been to several doctors and I have had fibroid tumors removed which the thought was the cause but unfortunately were not as I still have the problem. It happens even if I have an orgasm in a dream. So it has NOTHING to do with sperm or intercourse. I would love to know how to make it go away. I take the pill and that seems to help but it not 100 percent effective.
Well that worked for all of a week, then the pains came back. This time accompanied by sweats and sometimes nausea. And not to mention panic and a ton of anxiety on my part. I did notice that while at our summer home I did have it more after eating certain fatty foods such as mayo or hotdogs. And I had to have several bowel movements during the episodes. Now I just seem to have the pain all the time.
