I got the results of my bloodwork today and my FSH is 6.34, LH - 2.46 and Estradiol 96.3. Can anyone say if this looks good especially the estradiol?

Clearly defined cutoff values for normal are not well established. We like to see the day 3 estradiol less than about 80. We repeat borderline or abnormal results in another menstrual cycle to try to get a "true" FSH. There is some evidence that an elevated day 3 estradiol indicates a problem with ovarian reserve.

Hi, My FSH was about the same as yours (I'm 39) 5.6 MY LH was 4.9 MY Estradiol was 156 (which I thought was really bad and it meant I had no good eggs....) But It only took me 2-3 months to get pregnant so I guess my estradiol number didn't mean I had no eggs. All serum levels in my basic chemistry panel, CBC plus differential, thyroid panel, and urine analysis were normal except my estradiol. It was 84 with a lab range with an upper limit of 54. My testosterone was normal at 630 and my DHEA was normal at 265. I am thin and I have no masses on the testicles that can be felt. But, i am nervous about the elevated estradiol. My doctor seems not alarmed and will be repeating the test.

I had bloodwork done today (cd4 - but it shiould have been cd3) I had my FSH and estradiol tested, they said that the results were "great" . Your test results does not show LH , SHBG and total T values. High SHBG values can reduce free T levels while not reducing estrogen levels, thus upsetting their balance. SHBG values increases quadruply with obesity in combination with prediabetic conditions. You should definitely check if your post prandial sugar levels are with in limits. I always thought that the estradiol was to make sure your lining was thick enough for implantation. Because I now the drugs like clomid can thin your lining making it impossible for the egg to implant. I could be wrong though.

How long after a confirmed pregnancy are you suppose to continue taking Estradiol? Just read on the internet that it can cause birth defects and I can't reach my doctor to confirm this.

HI, I suffer from severe migraines, my gyno tested my blood and have found my DHEA is really low ( 441 ng/ml) (normal values 1000-4300). The rest of hormones are in the limit for my age ( i am a 28 year old female) Prolactine: limit high 21.4 ng/ml ,estradiol 24 pg/ml (limit low), plasmatic testosterone 0.2 ng/ml ( limit low). I am on 200 mg prometrium /5 mg estradiol, and metformin as well as tirosint. The prometrium and estradiol is for hot flashes. The metformin for prediabetes, couldn't get my a1c down, and tirosint for thyroid disease.
