All serum levels in my basic chemistry panel, CBC plus differential, thyroid panel, and urine analysis were normal except my estradiol. It was 84 with a lab range with an upper limit of 54. My testosterone was normal at 630 and my DHEA was normal at 265. I am thin and I have no masses on the testicles that can be felt. But, i am nervous about the elevated estradiol.

What do you mean by a food source only of iron? Did you mean that you don't take the OTC drug supplement of iron?
I am kinda worried about my high level of folate, too. It is so weird.
For Calcium tests, I haven't had the ionized tested yet, which could make more sense. for the serum calcium, it is normal.
Estrogen level fluctate,yes. But there are different ranges according to different cycles of women. Unfortunately, I can not have the saliva tests, just blood tests.
Anyway after 3 years of constant complaints ( fatigue, repression, palpitation, constant sore throat and flues, etc) I have finally forced my GP to make me TPO test for antibodies to confirm the Hasmimoto as they only made me TSH serum level so far and all seem good according to them. So my results are back and they are as follows:
FT3 4.7 pmol/ L
FT4 15.1 pmol/ L
TSH- 2.33 mu/L
TPO- 178 kiu/L
All results seem fine according to them.
m 23 now. When it started, my sex hormones (esp. estradiol) were low so they put me on birth control. I started getting periods and gained some weight back up but felt no better. I've been to countless doctors- a lot of them refuse to even look at my results and say I must be depressed. Most have just told me to look for a therapist or that it must be a thyroid issue.
I use what some consider a high dose of Estradiol (Vivelle Patch) and I use it to make sure my serum (NOT saliva) blood tests show I am in a range that if I had a period would put me at about day one or day two of my cycle. I want enough estradiol in me to make sure I can string a sentence together, avoid depression, have a sex drive, have better word retrival, have strong bones, less moodiness, have good heart function, no cramping in legs (the worst when I am low in my estradiol)...
Also, he ran alot of blood work and it showed that I do not have any DHEA, very low cortisol, very low pregnolone, my estradiol is 0.86, testosterone, free +weakly bound is 15 ng/dl, my creatine, serum is low 0.53 and my bun/creatinine ratio is high 34,
and my ACTH is 8 pg/ml. My blood pressure has been very low the last few weeks ( I bought a blood pressure monitor) and it has been running 85/45, 80/45 sometimes and then sometimes it runs 95/45 or in that area.
