Hello, I have had menstrual migraines for over 30 years and as I get closer to menopause, things are getting worse. I had a hysterectomy last July and have been taking.25mg estradiol gel every night and when I first started taking it, it seemed like the headaches were not so bad. Now I am wondering if I should bump it up to .

before i left the dr gave me a script for estradiol and told me that my cervic liner was a bit thin and they like it to be a little bit thicker when iui's are the treatment and that my blood work was going to be reviewed and then i will get a call to let me know the dosage that i need to use for the gonal and let me know if i am to start this script... well i go a call and they called my cell and left a message just stating the gonal and nothing was mentioned about the script estradiol...

My beta is scheduled for 12/15 but I'm feeling PMS like cramping; is it possible if I'm not pregnant to get my period prior to the beta?

I am taking Crinone gel for infertility, have been taking for 4 months days 17- end of cycle. I am also taking clomid and estradiol. I am currently on day 23 (7th day on crinone) of my cycle and have started having so very mild almost pinching cramps intermittently. They are not painful, but I was just wondering if anyone else has cramping with crinone, I am still about 8 days away from when I am supposed to start my period.

She says that I am only to take the white tablets (containing Estradiol valerate 2mg) once a day along with my other pills and she says this is because it will help my uterus grow as she is concerned about lack of space and possible miscarriage. My concern is that following some internet research - these tablets (The Progyluton) appear to be strongly contraindicated for pregnancy!! The insurance company requires that estradiol be under 80. My estradiol was 226 and the one before it was even higher. My RE submitted the one that was 226, because it was the lesser of the 2 evils. She did not want them to see the other one. The insurance co did not like the one that was 226 and therefore requested the other one.

I always thought that the estradiol was to make sure your lining was thick enough for implantation. Because I now the drugs like clomid can thin your lining making it impossible for the egg to implant. I could be wrong though.

How long after a confirmed pregnancy are you suppose to continue taking Estradiol? Just read on the internet that it can cause birth defects and I can't reach my doctor to confirm this.

it cost around £30, they dont come with much gel so i found it cheeper to use ky jelly once the u/s gel ran out! iv never had any preoblems finding her h/b and its giving me g8 reasurance so many times! its also realy nice just to listion in to the bubba as well! i found it cheeper to buy one in the long one than to rent it bcoz once you hear that sound your never wanna give it back!

I am 55 and went through menopause almost 5 years ago. I use a generic weekly estradiol patch (.1 mg) and Prometrium (200 mg) every night due to extreme menopausal symptoms. I change my patch on Monday evenings. I bleed for several days beginning every other Monday. Could this be caused by the patch losing effectiveness before the week is up?
