I am a male 15 year old Canadian, I am transgender, I have been for about a year, but I recently realized what all the feelings I had before were. I realized I was transgender, I hated myself for it, I still do. I shunned myself and stopped talking to people for awhile, thinking they're all better then me (they all still are).
I am a MtF transgender woman who has fully transitioned through numerous surgeries (face, breasts, genitalia). Appearing 100% "passable" in the new gender is of utmost importance to a transgender person so that they can be fully accepted in their new gender and not have to be concerned with being discovered as trans.
Tell me you are joking? Of course you can get HIV from a transgender and for your information transgender means male to female or female to male.
Start of my third week suppression, i was given a shot of gonal f for 225 ui for 5 days, after my lab test, estradiol is low and follicles are not present. dosage was increase to 375 ui for 3 days and still, estradiol is low and no follicles seen. doctor advised to cancel the ivf due to abandon cycle and try next cycle again with an increase dosge of 450ui.
Why is it that my body is not responding to gonal f even though the dosage has been increased? Is there a problem?
I have premature ovarian failure and took estradiol for months and it has made me crazy depressed, along with many other symptoms, it has ruined my life. You are not alone! It changed my brain chemisty, now doctors and family think I am crazy, when before I was the calmest, rock of a person you could find. I say again, you are not alone, hang in there and search for answers!
Think about it. If you were transgender and your parents didn't accept you or treated you like sh!t for being that way, do you think you would have a good relationship with them? Its common sense...
And it's disgusting that parents do this to thier children. You don't have to like everything your child does, but you should always love and support them. Ericatoday had an opinion as did I, she chose to express it.

And I don't see it used in that way. For heavy periods, it's not uncommon for girls to be put on birth control. But this one? Weird choice it appears. Some birth control pills use estrogen to decrease period issues and prevent pregnancy. But Femoston seems to be used more for peri menopausal and post menopausal women.

How long after a confirmed pregnancy are you suppose to continue taking Estradiol? Just read on the internet that it can cause birth defects and I can't reach my doctor to confirm this.
You mentioned that you can't guarantee that I am not infected. Which STD did I put myself at highest risk for.
1. HIV?
2. Herpes?
3. Syphillis?
4. Genital warts?
Please keep in mind that I am not sure if this was a transgender.
Others accept they have a transgender identity. If being transgender does not distress them and they accept it and are happy, then they do not need further therapy. If being transgender distresses them, then it is diagnosed as a gender identity disorder. These individuals are treated with medication, psychotherapy and in some cases with gender transition surgery.
So, it is a good idea that you are thinking of going through with therapy.
I am on 200 mg prometrium /5 mg estradiol, and metformin as well as tirosint. The prometrium and estradiol is for hot flashes. The metformin for prediabetes, couldn't get my a1c down, and tirosint for thyroid disease. My question is this...the prometrium and estradiol are causing my blood sugars to stay high, as well as make me very tired, as well as making me gain weight. I walk briskly at least 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour daily. I watch what I eat, low sugars, etc.
