I got the results of my bloodwork today and my FSH is 6.34, LH - 2.46 and Estradiol 96.3. Can anyone say if this looks good especially the estradiol?

My doctor had my FSH, LH, progesterone, and estradiol levels tested twice. Here are my results: FSH first test: 6.2 second test: 6.8 LH first test: normal apparently, but I didn't see what exactly it was second test: 7.9 Estradiol first test: not sure, but normal apparently second test: 52 I'm a little concerned about the estradiol. A few sources I've checked online have said that an estradiol level of above 50 can mask a high FSH. Is this true?

Hi i m 24 years old, i just got blood reports done And my FSH and LH tests done.i hv got FSH=4.0 mIU/ml and LH = 32.4 mIU/ml , prolactin =10.8 ng/mL , TSH= 2.43 micro IU/ml. So wats the actual problem, wat should be the actual i mean normal FSH LH ratio for a women, whether its the problem related to polycystic ovaries. whether its difficult to get pregrant with this FSH LH ratioo?? I have lowered TSH and VERY low estrogen, prgesterone, FSH, LH and PRL. I don;t have PCOS but the endo wanted to put me on metformin. Have you had any luck with your diagmosis? Im at my wits end Im even seeing a chinese healer tomorrow.

Hi, My FSH was about the same as yours (I'm 39) 5.6 MY LH was 4.9 MY Estradiol was 156 (which I thought was really bad and it meant I had no good eggs....) But It only took me 2-3 months to get pregnant so I guess my estradiol number didn't mean I had no eggs. Successful month I did lh surge strips, bd'd when it said to and used pre-seed as I thought my mucus wasn't mucousy enough to help the sperm travel.

Do you happen to know what the normal ranges are for LH and FSH? I recently had some blood tests done and my LH was at 0.2 and FSH at 1.2. (The tests were taken on day 16 or 17 of my cycle. Incidentally, my estrogen/estradiol was ,15 too.) My Ob/Gyn doesn't know what it means exactly... and hasn't really explained much, except to say that these levels were very low. I don't know what the normal range is...and still don't know what these numbers mean.

t worry--you need a cycle day 2 or 3 FSH,LH and Estradiol level to measure ovarian reserve not a midcycle surge level.

I had bloodwork done today (cd4 - but it shiould have been cd3) I had my FSH and estradiol tested, they said that the results were "great" . I didn't have a pen when they called with them, but i think one was 46 and the other was 6 or 9. Anyhow what does that mean? Also If they are concerned that I not only have severe endo, but maybe mild PCOS, does having normal lab values on the FSH and estradiol mean that I dont' have PCOS? In your case, even though the LH and FSH are marginally above limits, I feel the damage is mainly done by the high estrogen level and if you can reduce the same ( which any way you need to do), with proper diet and exercise, I would think you will be able to realize the good effects of high testosterone.

Were any other androgen levels tests - LH, FSH, dhea sulfate, any testosterone levels, or SHBH? Estrogen and testosterone are related and estrogen comes from multiple sources.

I suggest checking cycle day 3 (ie the third day of your period) FSH, LH and Estradiol to determine ovarian reserve. These levels checked at other times are not helpful and difficult to interpret. I do not know what medication your doctor would give you since your levels look normal to me.

Hi I took my second round of clomid 100mgs CD3-7, estradiol CD8-12, and prochieve CD17-27. I had a positive LH surge(opk) on CD15. I am now on CD31 with no signs of AF besides some cramping a couple days ago. I had a BFN yesterday 15 days past O, So I'm not prego. Has anyone else had this problem on clomid.

I had moderate endometriosis (caused heavy painful periods)so I had a laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, d and c, and another HSG and the following month and any other time it has been tested, it has been in the 5 to 6 range. So even though the drs wont say one way or the other in my situation I think my endo. was making mine high. I havent researched it or anything but I have no other explaination except that. Maybe something to look into.

This then gets the body into menopause and then i start puregon injectables (gonal f) and then ovidrel and then IUI. I just spoke to the clinic and they dont want me to start the nasal spray -as it looks like I havent ovulated - blood test done on CD20 at 9am. I detected an LH surge last Tuesday (19th Feb). Although, my doctor said that everything is normal he didnt quite explain to me why they were (normal) ok. My LH was a 10.3 and my FSH is a 8.9. Can you please help? This has me so confused and worried. Thanx in advance for your help.
