Please consult your doctor regarding this. Take care!

Avatar n tn Low T or what is called Low Testosterone levels. However, this is normally seen in males who are much older in life usually around mid-40 on. There have been a few cases of men who are younger whose testosterone levels are low but that is a very rare thing.Don't quote me on that, though. Only thing I can tell you to do is to have your husband tested for the possibility of Low T and see if that may be the problem.

Avatar n tn Hello Candikane, Your doctor's advice is surprising to me, also. I'm guessing that s/he is not a diabetes specialist and that's the type of physician who should be guiding your diabetes care. Specialists might be called endocrinologist or diabetologist. None of us here is a physician, but we're long-time diabetics or care-givers for diabetic children. You didn't mention if you've been diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2, and the treatment options vary for these types.
Avatar m tn Once you inject, it works in five to ten minutes. It comes in different strengths. I suffer from reduced blood flow from diabetes and Trimix in its lowest dose was a total cure. Similar to Boston Medical's blend but averages about $3 to $5 a dose which is thousands of dollars less than those thieves charge. This was originally created for prostate surgery patients and many doctors are not familiar with it. Find the right doctor and get some! You will be totally amazed.

Avatar m tn It could be a number of things, depending on your age, health, nutrition, etc. For example, diabetes can have an effect on erections, as can many medications. Psychological reasons are also very, very common: it may be that you’re feeling stressed about things unrelated to sex, it may be that you feel “performance anxiety,” etc. Or you could be feeling physically uncomfortable.
Avatar m tn UNCONTROLLED diabetes can lead to erectile dysfunction (both men and women). diabetes has no direct link to reduction of desire. However being uncontrolled will lead to complications, that lead to depression, that will have an effect on desire. So control your diabetes and have a great sex life!
Avatar n tn It is not specific to a particular age, but is more common in elderly men. Having erectile dysfunction occasionally is usually not a cause of concern, but persistent ED should be evaluated by a specialist doctor. The causes can be physical and psychological: Some of the physical causes can be: Cardiac disease, blood vessel abnormalities, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, medications etc Some of the psychological causes can be depression, anxiety, stress, etc.
Avatar m tn Viagra, or any of the PDE5's is probably not the correct treatment for ED in a man of your age. Lloyd's will always sell you drugs, that's what they do. 95% of erectile dysfunction in a man of your age is caused by Performance Anxiety. The remaining 5% -- diabetes, venous leak and so on are very rare. What you have is easy to fix. Just take intercourse off the menu for a while. No performance no anxiety. Good luck. Hope this helps..
