Avatar n tn Hello. It sounds like you may have developed Peyronie's Condition. Peyronie's is a condition of uncertain cause, which is characterized by a plaque, or hard lump, that forms on the penis. The plaque develops on the upper or lower side of the penis in layers containing erectile tissue. It begins as a localized inflammation and can develop into a hardened scar, which causes penile curvature.
Avatar n tn Hard lumps or plaques, form in the fibrous erectile tissue of the penis on the underside causes it to bend downward. A physical examination is important in the evaluation. Treatment is usually surgical. However, many men with Peyronie's disease need no treatment, because in its mild form the condition heals by itself in 6–15 months. It can be difficult to get an erection because the plaques may obstruct blood flow in the penis.
Avatar m tn Hi, since a urologist has examined you, its unlikely to be Peyronie's disease. This causes abnormal, fibrous lumps (plaques) to form inside the erectile tissue of the penis. This can cause an erect penis to curve or bend. It could be due to medical conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, heart or thyroid conditions, poor circulation, low testosterone, depression, spinal cord injury, nerve damage, or neurologic disorders.
Avatar m tn Hey Nick! Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possible causes of pain in the testicles include trauma, infections, inflammations etc. Ejaculatory dysfunction could develop in young adults due to a variety of causes.

Avatar m tn Hi there. Some penises are completely straight, some curve up or down, and some curve to one side or the other. All of these are simply physical variations—like the difference in peoples’ noses. The only time to be concerned is if your penis curves so extremely that it’s difficult to be sexual with a partner. If the bend is so extreme that it causes pain, you may have developed Peyronie's Condition.

Avatar m tn Hello. Hi there. Some men worry about the curvature of their penis. Penises come in all shapes and when erect, they may curve to the left or to the right; or up or down; and some may not curve at all. This is part of the diversity of the human body and is not an issue unless the curvature is so extreme that it makes sexual activity painful.
