Do these drops have enough in it to maybe cause for me to have the same reaction? So far I always got eye drops without epinephrine/or something equal to epinephrine, but this last eye doctor did not want to use any drops at all. He examined my eyes without dialating them.

It can be effective, but if the dentist uses this technique exclusively I would be cautious. In my opinion, muscle tension is a result of disc displacements in the TMJ and there are many other complicating factors that should not be overlooked. When dentists buy the necessary technology to do NM dentistry they take training to go with it. That training alone is not adequate to treat all the the TMJ problems out there. This has been my experience.

Individual crowns are made differently than crowns that are part of a bridge. the fact that your dentistry was toyed with and adjusted after it was finished in my opinion makes it more prone to failure after it is permanently cemented. For example, it's been in the glazing oven at least one extra time, and it was cut after it was completed---this creates the liklihodd of microfracture in the porcelain. these two things weaken the restorations..
It's the epinephrine in the anesthetic that causes the racing heart, etc. Next time you're at the dentist and you need/want an anesthetic ask for one WITHOUT epinephrine. The medication generally takes a little longer to "kick in" and wears off faster, but your dentist will work with you for maximum comfort.
m wondering with my heart problem how dangerous is it to get a dose of epinephrine and how will that affect my heart? I had an epinephrine dose in the early nineties due to a breathing problem, but that was before I was diagnosed with the mvp and atrial misfire.
Boy o boy am i going to weigh in on this one....no worries...i think the doc is right. I have had 6 root canals plus fillings, etc. and on top of that i have them numb me for the cleanings as well since i am such a baby at the dentist. I am on a beta blocker now and have been for about 3 years after my ablation was done and for a time before.

One of the reputed dental specialist in a dentistry clinic in Ajax ( Appleton dental ) has whom I had consulted recommended me to wear braces which can lead my teeth properly aligned. I’m totally unaware of this procedure. Which one is the most preferable - the invisalign or traditional braces? Can anyone share their experience who has got braces?
