I felt heart in chest, body burning and about 2 throw up. Panic attack. I dont like needles. Im 6 wks and worried about t baby. I could use sum comforting words. Im ok now but it was a really bad panic attack.

Recently had a EKG (actually two) and it suggested a prior mild heart attack. I am scheduled by my cardiologist for a nuclear stress test. I was questioned about any chest pains and could remember none. However, I do remember that my dentist a number of yrs. ago, injected novocaine and I had a terrible reaction, shakiness , flushed and having a difficult time breathing. The doctor said sometime the injection will go straight into my blood system and cause this .

ok, so i had my one and only panic attack, two months ago, ever since then i can always feel my heart pumping throughout my body along even though its not going quicker with, i have done heart tests which show that i am fine, so my doctor says these feelings are down to anxiety, so what i am trying to understand why is it now that if i walk up the stairs, or do anything which involves a small bit of exertion, anxiety makes me more aware of my heartbeat, has the original panic attack messed up

Ive never been told I needed antiobiotics bfore dental work. I have pvcs/pacs and possible svt. My heart is structurally normal according to my recent echo. Im a bit concerned about developing endocarditis. Should I ask my doctor about getting antibiotics even though Ive never been told to take them?? Also, Ive read alot about antibiotics being dangerous and causing long Q. What antibiotics are safe to take if you have pvcs?

If I, towards all odds, manage to stay calm when I measure it, it's usually 110/60 or lower. They both can have effects on the heart, adrenalin has an obvious effect and lidocaine is actually an antiarrhythmic drug (class 1b sodium blocker) which may have proarrhythmic effects. The problem is - adrenalin is added to prevent the lidocaine from having systemic effects, the blood vessels are constricted. If you have reactions towards lidocaine, choosing the one without adrenalin would be bad.

X ray showed infection under the roots of the tooth, but no dentist would treat me until I check my heart because I get shaky after painkillers are injected (i had one root canal procedure and now i have temporary filling which is almost gone).
