I do not know about milk. Reading labels is cheaper than
allergy testing. When someone toldme about soy
allergy, my health improved 50%. I have allergy testing,but not for food.
You could avoid all soy products, preservatives, and drink organic coffee and tea.
Read the label on vanilla ice cream or give this up and give upmilk. canned goods, vinegar. Spicy often contains soy oil. In restaurants, ask if soy is used.
