Hep A is a separate virus from hep B or C, etc.

positive for hep C its common to give them the vaccines for hep A and B
There is no vaccine for hep C.
Yes, you could have had the hep C virus and your body got rid of it, leaving you with the antibodies.

If it were me, I'd get another test for hep C is about 6 months, just to be on the safe side.
