protein

Avatar f tn Primary deficiencies in these proteins such as factor VIII or factor IX, as well as deficiencies in Protein C and Protein S, can also affect clotting and coagulation. I hope that your doctors can get to the bottom of this soon, and you may discuss with them the entities I have discussed above. Regards.

Your body needs the protein to help the egg fertilization process and help the egg implant properly into the uterus. 4. Keep a positive frame of mind and pray to god to help you at this time. 5.
Avatar f tn ve done every test including a shot of my uterus, blood work for coagulation problems, and genetic testing with a counselor. All came back perfect! With my last pregnancy, I even did progesterone suppositories, baby aspirin and heparin shots. The docs called baby aspirin, progesterone, and heparin, the "could help can't hurt" protocol. I am 44 so like dscoqn, they chalk it up to bad luck/bad eggs. Unfortunately, 50 percent of miscarriages are due to unknown causes.
Avatar n tn Thanks!....So how about egg protein based shakes..Are eggs considered dairy products?
Avatar f tn Please don't give up. It's great that you can actually get pregnant. You have a couple of different options. IVF is the fastest way to get pregnant...and it's the only way where they can evaluate egg/embryo quality with you. I'm 25 and have poor egg quality, i miscarried after the first IVF attempt due to a poor quality embryo. So I would go in for a work-up if I were you, they can also test you for different blood disorders.
Avatar f tn s coagulation levels are too high. And she needs to see a hematoligist. What does this mean??? I am so confused, I googled and all I get is about cancer and blood thinner, but the ages all say for 55 and up. She is only 9!!!
360318 tn?1340393363 Nuts, though high in fat, are actually quite heart healthy and very high in protein. Beans are another good source of protein. All animal food is high in protein, with fish being high in fat but good fat. You have a lot of choices. It's not the amount of fat that's important, since most protein foods contain fat, it's the kind of fat and the variety in the diet -- eating a lot of vegetables, for example, provides the antioxidants that help prevent fat from being a problem.
916516 tn?1245885188 I eat the 2 egg white and one egg and make a egg sandwich each morning w/ cheese one one slice of protein bread. Love it!
Avatar f tn I can't stand eggs when I'm pregnant. Something about them makes me sick. I have had two healthy babies so far without eating an egg every day. You just need protein so that's why people say you should eat eggs.
431320 tn?1204593208 Hi, PT( prothrombin time ) and PTT( Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time ) are tests for your coagulation factors. Coagulation factors help your blood to clot . If there is an underlying disorder in the clotting process, a person may either experience thrombotic events ( due to increased clotting) or prolonged bleeding ( due to decreased clotting ) .Other essential tests will be examining fibrinogen levels , Protein S and Protein C levels.
4744855 tn?1358656623 Personally I would not recommend any shakes. It is best to increase protein intake through cereals, oats, lean cut of meats and egg whites. You can opt for a healthy diet and lifestyle. Exercise regularly. With time you will gain weight and a toned and fit body. Take care! The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you.
Avatar n tn s coagulation factors been assessed? Was a complete cardiac assessment done? Determining fibrinogen,Protein C and Protein S levels may be able to help. These are proteins responsible for regulating blood clotting mechanisms in the body. Do dicuss your concerns with your mom's physicians.Close supervision is necessary in her case.

1859662 tn?1320091625 re usually on your second or third day of egg white cervical mucus and your temperature takes a little dip before rising the next day. This combination of signs can help you predict when you're about to ovulate during your next cycle, so you can time sex accordingly. (If you keep taking your temperature each day that cycle, you can find out whether you were right – your BBT should go up two or three days after ovulation) Hope this helps!
Avatar m tn If yes it may be an injury - looks like burn which could be temperature of chemical caused...just to name two. Also, with age the skin does lose it "beauty"... I'm an old person so I know personally on that matter. Doesn't look like anything to due with the blood unless it appears to be a bruise due to low blood coagulation condition... is you other taking an "blood thinner".. "coumadin"?
Avatar m tn Laser coagulation of retina was done prior to cataract surgery of one eye, since there were small tears or holes in that eye. Prior to laser coagulation there were no symptoms, but 2 days after that flashes started. They went down in frequency and cataract surgery was done after 5 weeks. Flashes started again after 3 days and went down but come occasionally even after 11 months.
384150 tn?1399904816 I am almost positive I felt my egg release last night at 6 - 7PM. My DH and I bbd about 2 hours later. Do you think thats too late? We also bbd every night before that for 5 days.. I did an OPK last night and it was negative ( it was positive yesterday morning). This morning my temps are up from 96.9 to 97.8. I am pretty sure what I felt was the actual ovulation ( mucus, also).
Avatar f tn Never heard that.
Avatar n tn It's your BBT (basil body temperature) and you need to buy a special BBT to do that. The most accurate way of using it is to take your temperature vaginally. For accurate temperatures you also need to ensure you're taking your temperature at the SAME time EVERY day. That way you get accurate readings and can find your patterns.
10754959 tn?1412551691 Ginger has always loved scrambled eggs. Would the yolk be too much protein? if so, is it feasible to use the egg substitutes that are made with just egg whites? What's considered "a small amount" of chicken?
Avatar f tn Well, I've searched a lot and all I've found is that L-arginine can make herpes (HSV) replicate and get worse. But I haven't found a study saying that it could be the same with HPV. I bought a protein supplement of egg protein and I've read that it has lysine and lutein which seems to have a good effect in the clearance of HPV, but it also has L-Arginine and there are mixed opinions about it... Anyone has tried it with success? Btw...
Avatar f tn Egg whites, egg white omelets, carbmaster (similar to yogurt) from Krogers
