Avatar f tn use lean meat and trim off excess if there is any. dry fry stuff or grill/oven bake more and always drink loads of water, if u dnt like plain water add a little sugar free diluting juice to it. if u have eaten your food allowance and are still hungry, chew gum, it tricks the brain into thinking ur eating and u will feel full. all else fails, go for a nap. u can't eat if ur asleep! :-) good luck!
