I write you because I have inquiries about risks of transmission of HIV. Three weeks ago, I had receptive and protected anal sex ( we used condom which did not break) with a guy whom has HIV (I realized of that the next morning of the intercourse). Also, I did fellatio to him (without condom), but there were not ejaculation, and when we were kissing ( eating a chocolate), he did a cut in his mouth lip.
m now under retro-viral treatment (Abacavir, 3TC Lamiduvina, and Efavirenz TM as known in my country), healthy, fit, high CD4 count, undetectable viral load. Recently, I met a person, we kissed and we practiced oral sex on each other. Eventhough I know my condition, and have always tried to avoid people practice fellation on me, he insisted and at the end I agreed. Now, I am really concerned about him. Could he have been infected? Should I tell him to test for HIV?
For less dramatic improvements, there are maybe approaches using diet and reasonable exercise, avoiding sugar and alcohol, etc. Even garlic and onions might stimulate the activity of the reduced number of cells that do exist.

I am an HIV + male. 43 on truvada/ efavirenz for 2 year with a count of minus 20(undetectable). I was penetrated twice last week where the condom broke and was NOT replaced. The "top" partner is aware of my hiv status. What are the chances of infection for him and apart from testing what should be done? I am otherwise very healthy, no cuts, blood or aparent bruising was detected. I am freaking out for him.
My doctor recently put me on a combination of drugs for PEP, the drugs are lamzid and efavirenz and have very serious side effects. My exposure was licking/sucking a nipple of a non-pregnant HIV positive person. No milk came or blood came out but just had an after taste in my mouth. The act was for 2-3 seconds. What are my chances of getting HIV and are the reported cases of infection in adults, cause I know with babies you can.

Since you are under care with PEP drugs, that doctor or clinic really ought to be the primary source of information about your risk, follow-up plans, etc. Therefore, my comments are brief.

After 29 hours of exposure, I took Zifam Eletec (Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate 300mg+Lamivudine 300mg+Efavirenz 600mg) and I had been taking it regularly at the same exact time every day (30 days course) which ended on Jan 27, 2022.

I have a question I'd like to ask you. I engaged in protected vaginal intercourse with a CSW here in a spa in Malaysia. Unfortunately towards the end of the act, my condom broke - I must have had intercourse for about a minute or two before realising. Upon realisation, I immediately stopped intercourse and freaked out. Upon asking the CSW - she assured me that she's HIV negative and that she get's checked every six months in order to maintain employment.
I am 19 years old and I am on my 7th month of birth control. I had sex on the 3rd and 4th day of my new pill pack with a condom. The condoms did not break or have holes. I then had sex on day 11th day of my pills with a condom as well (Saturday). The day after that I had to begin taking antibiotics (clindamycin) for an infected tooth. I took 4 pills Sunday along with my birth control pill and that was it.

My OBGYN saw me last week and told me I had a mild case of BV, and that he would give me antibiotics to take twice a day for one week. He said that due to the fact that antibiotics can weaken the effects of my birth control pill (Lutera), I couldn't have sex for one week. So, my understanding was not to have sex the entire week of taking the pills. After taking my last antibiotic, the next day I had sex, and my boyfriend ejaculated inside me.

Condom broke during vaginal intercourse with a CSW in Malaysia of unknown status. Most likely had unprotected intercourse for approx 2 - 3 mins before realising broken condom and then immediately stopped. Prescribed PEP - [Tenvir-Em (300mg) & Strocrin (efavirenz - 600mg) at 14 hours post incident.

not at all, its a prescription, but it has saved me from the chills sweats and anxity, and it makes you sleep i went into the hospital with bad symptoms and they gave me some to try and said it is safe to use non addictive and can get it from a doctor, it is the only thing that has worked for me and this is the first time i had an aid to get clean i also picked up a bunch of vit's that supposedly help and im on day 4 and i think they are really helping but seriquil is a for sure way to help,
