The nurse told me today it looks like it to put cortisone in it but I rather find other methods to deal with it I never had this before and nothing I'm doing is helping:/ any suggestions for a good moisturiser or tips??

I just gave birth a little over a month ago, but my skin now is soo irritated and itchy I can't even sleep at night. It's made it hard to move or take showers.It burns. I've had perscription steroid cremes every type of lotion out there. And all my dermato wants to do is use the same cremes. I NEED RELIEF!! Does anyone know a natural way to ease the eczema pain?

Anyhow, I started eating as many unprocessed foods as possible and also try to buy organic. This doesn't always work in a budget, but if you know how to shop Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, you can get some pretty good, "clean" food without breaking the bank.

Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g.
