eczema

Avatar m tn I tried searching through Google for information but they all look the same. I hope that this is not eczema or psoriasis. What bothers me is that it looks as it is growing. I use anti-fungal soaps, creams and ointment, it helps but still I can't get rid of it. It looks better now than before because it was kinda reddish and the itch really affected my sleep. So can can you guys can tell what is this?? Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you very much a million times!
Avatar m tn Could be eczema. Please post some pictures and should be able to help. Regards Dr.
608553 tn?1389502811 I had this itchy rash since Jan. 2013 that would get itchy then bumpy with clear liquids that come out. It spread throughout the year and would come and go. Occasionally it will split open and bleed. I've heard eczema or poison ivy, but no cortisone, oat, or antibacterial will cure. Typically, it comes and goes but now I have it on my knuckles and cracks and bumps on both hands. WHAT IS THIS??
Avatar m tn s hives did not itch and were not as red as pictures i saw on the internet. I really think that is what they are. I would try the benadryl for awhile and see if they get better.
Avatar m tn Dear doctor, My little girl has two spots of what is supposedly eczema in her neck and one on her chest. My family doctor prescribed 1% hydrocortisone cream, which I applied. After 3 days it was almost gone, but she told me to continue until it was fully gone. I noticed that with further application the two spots in the neck increased in redness, especially right after application. A few hours later the redness fades gain.
Avatar n tn The rash looks similar to pictures of contact dermatitis. The roof of my mouth feels itchy as well. I also developed upper respiratory tract infection with a slight runny nose, cough, and sore throat. I went to the doctor's office this morning and all he said was that I have a viral rash, which wasn't very helpful since that was the reason I came in in the first place.

Avatar n tn t appear to be related to anything I come in contact with. My family doctor thinks its eczema, but I have my doubts. They start as a filled blister about the size of a pin head (1), then turn into a red dot (2) and then end up as a scaley circle (3) that eventually fades away. Thanks for any input/insight you might have.
Avatar m tn They does not cause me any discomfort (not itchy, no discharge). Now they are look like in the pictures. (I never had sex). what might be? Thank you.
Avatar m tn I am wondering what kind of skin problem this is. I included some pictures. It started growing on the back of my neck and is itchy sometimes. I recently been under the sun a lot and was wondering if this is damage to the skin caused by the sun. Help is appreciated, thanks!
Avatar m tn Do you have any pictures of your hands? It would really help me get an idea of what your talking about.
Avatar m tn It never hurt or wept or crusted over or looked anything like the herpes pictures I could find online and by the time I got back into the clinic (about 2-3 days after) the "sore" was completely gone but some of the glans still appeared red and cracked, they also reswabed for herpes.
Avatar f tn Hello, From the symptoms it can be venous eczema or lichen simplex chronicus. Lichen Simplex Chronicus is seen in people with eczema. It is non contagious. It is treated like chronic eczema by decreasing water and soap contact, and applying emollients. Topical steroids are almost always needed to control the symptoms. You can use mild steroid cream like Dermacort and if the symptoms persist then high potency steroids and oral steroids may be needed.
Avatar m tn The first condition to investigate in a 3 year old child with 1,5 years history of skin lesions on cheeks would be atopic eczema with possibly superimposed bacterial infection. Based on pictures, some lesions look like they might have been caused by trauma (scratching). We believe that patients need to be informed and educated about their condition.
