I went to the emergency room about bumps on the palm of my hand and the itchiness on my legs. He told me I had eczema and prescribed me antibiotic and steroid cream. I asked can eczema be found on the face because I have some bumps on my nose and cheeks and have had a small rash on my neck he replied no eczema is not common on the face. I have had two or three pimple like bumps one on penis and two spaced far apart around my penis..
But the bump I have down there I have compared to infected hair follicle pictures and it matches, but so does some pictures of a genital herpes bump. And I have looked at breakouts on lips and compared from eczema break outs and rashes and herpes and they match all there in some pictures. So I'm just confused and idk what to do or think, but idk if I'm breaking out because im stressed, and curious as to what is going on with me.
I asked this question to Dr Handsfield and he said it almost certainly wasn't an STD. Over the past month I have had persistent itching on both of my inner thighs and all around the groin area. Within the last week or so while this was going on I noticed what appeared to be dry itchy spots on my penis. I scratched at three of these spots and they turned into hard red bumps, when squeezed a tiny amount of clear fluid with traces of blood came out.
The first week of March (I believe Friday March 1st) I noticed what appeared to be an ingrown hair on the shaft of my penis. I had recently shaved a few days prior. Well, I took some tweezers and plucked the hair and at the root end of the hair I could faintly see some yellowish, pus-like stuff. Obviously, the plucking of the hair left a very small open 'wound'. I thought nothing of it and went about my life. I am a very physically active person; sports, exercise and so on.
I got an itchy spot right on the base of my penis, where the public hair and shaft meet. I scratched it and it would turn ashy, so I applied Lotrimin Ultra thinking it was jock itch. It never fully went away though. The spot has turned a slight grey color and although it doesn't itch constantly, I can still feel it there. It's not raised. No bumps. It's smooth. Three days ago I decided I had enough of that and I pinched the skin to get a better view.
it has not spread on to my penis but very close only the area above it where the pubic hair is. it seems to get better if i just avoid irritating the area at all but it is not really going away. there are white circles surrounding the bumps that flake off very eaisly *note i also have eczema but this seems to be different what is this? http://imgur.

I have eczema in my eyebrow/upper cheek on the left side of my face. I used to have dandruff, but it has essentially cleared after using zinc shampoo a few times a week. But the skin is still greasy under my brow and on my eyelid, which results in hairs being weak and falling out. Any suggestions to clear up the greasy skin? I've tried hydrocortisone cream, but to little avail. Also, the condition seems to worsen after a night of drinking alcohol - is that part of the problem?
Just recently I start to notice that there is rash/skin coloured spots near the opening of my vagina, lip of the vagina and also some on my anus.. I think for the rash on my vagina, it has been there for some time but I was recently concerned if it is std. It's only within this few months that I noticed there were rash on my anus.. I thought it's because I plug my anus hair which I usually won't, it resulted in my anus being itchy for a few weeks but now it is not itchy anymore.

From the symptoms it can be due to dandruff, allergic reaction, contact dermatitis or eczema. Eat a healthy diet. You can also take vit B6 and vit A and E which are good for hair and skin. Try medicated shampoos for dandruff. There are a number of over-the-counter shampoos available that can help. The most effective ingredients -- antimicrobials -- to look for are zinc pyridinethione, selenium sulfide, sulfur and ketoconazole (also available by prescription).
I have noticed red marks on the skin just above my pubic hair. They are smooth and not raised from the surface, and aren't itchy or sore. It also continues underneath the hair, although it is not as noticable. I don't think it can be anything related to sex, as I haven't had sex in months, and the condition has only appeared recently. I do, however, trim my hair and shave around the edges to keep it tidy - could this be causing it? I can't think of anything else.

My new boyfriend has genital herpes and has been symptom free for 2 years (Carriers can transmit the disease without having any symptoms of an active infection). He also has eczema on both his inner thighs (a few inches below his genitalia). The eczema sites appear red and irritated though I am unaware of any discharge from them. My question is, even if we use a condom, could the genital herpes be spread through his eczema??? I'm panicked by the horrific genital herpes pictures!!! Help!
