there is no pus or liquid and only blood comes out if picked or scratched, only some of the bumps have hairs coming out of them and the hair not always at the center of the bumps.

My 5 year old daughter have rash in her hair that and we have been told is is dandruff and was given a sulfur hair oil to used however if is not applied one day the condition worsen. She also have numerous birthmarks over her body she have on on her back that break out in a sore once and become larger after. Can the these both be cancerous. I know of an American solider that had a birthmarks on his buttock and was sore once and later died of Melanoma resulting from this birthmark.

I have eczema in my eyebrow/upper cheek on the left side of my face. I used to have dandruff, but it has essentially cleared after using zinc shampoo a few times a week. But the skin is still greasy under my brow and on my eyelid, which results in hairs being weak and falling out. Any suggestions to clear up the greasy skin? I've tried hydrocortisone cream, but to little avail. Also, the condition seems to worsen after a night of drinking alcohol - is that part of the problem?

Is this hair growing back in an odd manor? Or should I be worried about herpes or warts? There is no lesions, sores, discharge, pain in urination..etc.etc. I just flat redness. It isn't even that red.
